AT&T Store

I stopped into this AT&T location yesterday evening looking to upgrade my phone and has easily the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. Cristian, the store manager was whom has helped me and made absolute certain that I was taken care of. He made sure to set me up with the early upgrade plan and accessories I needed, helped me greatly with my payment plan and trade in, and was able to get us out of there in time to make it to our dinner reservation. On top of all of this, he was a consummate conversationalist and made it a much less boring time than what I’ve come to expect from a phone store. I will only be going to this store to work with Cristian and his staff, and if he ever moves to a different store, then that is where I will go to instead.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting this AT&T store to upgrade a phone. Cristian helped us tirelessly through the process of setting up our new phone. The level of professionalism he demonstrated was outstanding. Cristian exhibited remarkable expertise in assisting us in the step-by-step process. The quality of service he provided was truly top-tier. What set Cristian apart was his unwavering dedication to customer staying well past closing to help us. Plus he seems like a really wonderful person! Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you Cristian for all your help!

The BEST experience I’ve EVER had at a AT&T store!! Christian goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service! Not only when my mom & I got her new iPhone but also the couple of times we’ve been back to get screen protectors and chargers he is always there and always so helpful, polite and professional. We will definitely continue to choose the Bluhawk AT&T store as long as he is around!

I was having trouble thinking like a normal human and couldn’t do some technical stuff with my phone. When I walked into this store, I was ready to smash the phone. Taylor and Jesús were the employees there. I was greeted with such compassion and sense of humor. Almost instantly, I was in a better mood! These are the kind of employees that any chain store should clone! Fantastic!

I had gotten a “no SIM card available” notice on my phone and looked up ways to resolve the issue. Best way was to go in a get a new one. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the help of Cristian. He made the experience way less stressful than I was making it out to be in my head. Will definitely be going back if I need anything with my phone!

Went in to upgrade my IPhone and Cristian helped me out. Absolutely amazing service! He helped me through the process and immediately answered any question I had. Also managed to put on my new screen protector perfectly! Great experience overall with Cristian’s help.

I usually dread going to cellular stores. But it's all about who works there and I got a pleasant surprise here. I was helped by an employee named Christian. He was competent, polite, and super easy to talk to. Will be going back to here in the future as long as he works here. Very clean and well laid out store as well. Thx Christian!

Haven’t upgraded my phone for 3 years and it was the easiest transition to get a new one thanks with the help of Cristian. I came in 30 mins before close and still greeted me with a smile and took care of business promptly and with ease. Definitely recommend this brand new store as their customer service is above and beyond. Thanks again Cristian

Today I went in to buy a new phone. Cristian spoke with me last night and held it for me today. When I walked in, he had everything ready to go. Very simple process and he was very patient as my data transferred over. He was great at communicating information and very kind. I will definitely go back if I ever have issues or need to purchase again.

Went there today because I got a new phone online and was having issues transferring my sim to ESim. Cristian took care of it for me as it wasn’t a simple fix, very courteous and helpful even though I didn’t buy my phone there. Once that was done he made sure my Apple Watch was paired correctly. All of this was done for free. He was very helpful and friendly!

The customer service was great when I went in to get a new phone. Cristian was extremely helpful and made the whole experience great. We were in and out in no time.

He was focused on pairing the best product with my needs rather than pushing the highest price point at me.
I truly appreciate that level of customer service.
He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I could think of, no matter how ignorant it was, with grace and diplomacy.
I've no doubt that I could call on him again and would receive the same level of care.

The manager Dalton is a very friendly and professional. I visited here to connect the line to my son's smart watch. But there was a problem with the smart watch and they couldn't work with AT&T, and he spent an hour and a half talking to AT&T customer service specialists and trying to solve my problem. Sadly, AT&T customer service specialists were unable to solve the problem. After hanging out the call, he said he had an idea to solve the problem, but he wasn't sure, but he would give it a try, and his idea was able to solve my problem successfully. Thank you to the manager who works hard for the customer. I highly recommend this place.

Dalton, the manager was amazing! Me and my 5 other family members all got new phones, he helped us transfer from our old phones to the new ones, he was super knowledgeable and answered all the questions/concerns we had. This was the most seemless experience we have ever has at any AT&T store!

Had a pleasant experience, by far the best I've had in any AT&T store. Nick was very knowledgeable on all the best deals and how to make sure we had what we needed and wanted. Definitely will be going back for amazing customer service.
