The salesman was awesome. Took his time, listened to our needs and found us a great deal. We went in looking for two phones, but since the deal we got was so good we upgraded for the whole family and left with 5 phones.

I worked with Dil, who is the manager of this location and several others. He took a lot of time to explain my options and was extremely professional and helpful. He set me up with the best phone choice for me, and I will continue to work with him every time I'm due for an. update. He was more concerned about my phone then making a sale with the latest model that was out. Very happy ☺

I visited this location on 8/5/2021 to upgrade my iPhone. My experience was very pleasant and painless. Our salesman was very nice and transparent about any additional costs. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour. I Will be returning.

The salesman (Sage) was extremely helpful. He was efficient & knew exactly what we needed. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store & we were in & out very quickly.

I dont usually weite reviews lol but today i came in on october 12th 2016. Packed. I was waiting, and constantly while the worker named "frankie" was with someone else kept checking up on me and he had also offered water. They are very helpful. I came in there with stress because my phone was not working and i didnt want my bill to go up and instead of just selling me another phone and increasing my bill, i got a new phone and they lowed my bill. Best on nassau and suffolk. Theres this new guy i believe his name is frank we had a long chat and him and another associate charli helped me and frank guided me with the phone. Was in and out and would definitely recommend to others

Any additional apps if you ask and they'll always try to give you best deal I believe they have 7 or 8 location s now r and k wireless.got a z3 Android I really love it and it's fasr.
