We drive out of our way because we only trust this location. Brandon was absolutely amazing - super quick and efficient, kind and the easiest phone experience I’ve had to date. We will be referring everyone to him.

Courtney was refreshingly kind and exceptional with her knowledge! The store is nice and clean, with amazing music mind you! Highly recommend, professional and accommodating.

Everything was great. I switched from Verizon to AT&T yesterday, traded in my phone, and the two employees we worked with were both very personable and helpful. Probably one of the best experiences I've had regarding my wireless carrier to date!

Came in today looking for an upgrade & was impressed. Garry assisted me, and I walked out with the phone I wanted in just about an hour. He was informative and respectful of the decisions I wanted without being sales-y. Smooth transaction all around & will be back in the future!

Ian J (the manager) did everything he could to help me make the best possible decision when getting my new phone and Apple Watch. Jerry was phenomenal! He was personal and sooo friendly. He shared stories with us and we laughed and had a great time while purchasing new phones. Jerry not only upgraded my phone for me but he also upgraded my friends phone that was visiting from Wisconsin. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. They worked well with each other and were smiling together and having fun all while working and helping each new customer. The customer service that I received at the Brier Creek location was outstanding! Thank you again to Jerry and the rest of the team at this amazing store!

I can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience as I did when coming into the AT&T store here in Brier Creek. I have to begin by saying that Erin L. exemplifies all the top qualities of an excellent employee with a remarkable level of intellect on all products within the store and overall services provided by AT&T. She possesses a deep understanding of every aspect behind providing an outstanding customer service experience - clear communication, empathy, patience, and technical expertise.. which are only a few of many to name that Erin excels in. I initially came in as a new customer with hesitations due my previous experiences in cell-phone stores but quickly became thankful I switched my 4 lines here. She definitely has the potential to make long-lasting and meaningful contributions in the future and want to express sincere gratitude for my positive experience and providing such a seamless process for me.

Mike and Alex (I hope I recall their names correctly) were incredibly helpful today, and they didn't have to be. I rarely write reviews, but these guys called around to other AT&T stores to help me find a phone in stock on short notice even though it meant I'd end up going elsewhere to upgrade. Before that, they spent time explaining the upgrade options etc. and were just super helpful overall.

Our Represenative,Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He fully answered our questions and fully reviewed our options and cost. Excellent Service!!

The representatives at this store are very friendly. Even though all of them were busy With customers when I came in, they all at least looked at me and acknowledged the fact that I had walked in, probably knowing they had another worker coming from the back, which he did. Alexander Hamilton is the one who assisted me With trading in my phone and he was pretty fast and friendly.

After three occasions to deal with Erin I am amazed that there is still someone as customer friendly and ready to help. She’s knowledgeable, she listens, and she really worked to make sure I got the help I needed. Erin is a gem!

Mel is the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable employee that you have. He helped me to navigate all of the departments in wireless. We visited post paid twice, prepaid three times. We were then sent to business, and then to sessions after two hours. It’s terrible that they sent him back and forth after giving me the run around two hours before getting. He never expressed his frustration openly. He was determined to help solve my problems and he did. Thank you for excellent service. Most of all you are the Best. I should know after talking with so many ATT employees who kept giving me/us the run around.

The briar creek store us an amazing store for people looking for a new phone. The staff is so helpful and willing to do all they can to assist with any issues or concerns. Store manager Elona is an amazing person when you need help and she will go above and beyond to get the job done. The store associates are under great leadership with Elona. Thank you so much!!!!
