I was at the Brier Creek Rack Room Shoe Store 11/6 and found the store in great shape, the employees helpful and friendly. They are my go to store for almost all my shoes.

They have varieties of shoes in this stores and their prices are good. Their staffs are friends too.

This location has the best management of all Rack Rooms I have ever visited. Great customer service and attention to the customers needs elevate this location.

The sales associate was very helpful he asked if we needed any help while he was stocking the shelves he notice that we were looking around. His customer service skill was very good. I was happy about that.

Great service from all staff members! Very friendly and helpful and they even complimented me. I didn't even feel like they were being overbearing about it. The shoes all looked good quality and were somewhat reasonably priced. Large selection as well especially for someone with big feet like me.

My first time was Awesome and because my mom works there now and I found a pair of cowboy boots size 13 in men and just for that I am going to give her a 5 out of 5 Stars.
