It was fabulous. Representatives were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and eager to help me, etc. I am very happy I went to that store. I originally only wanted to get help with my current phone but wound up purchasing a new phone. The trade-in discount was very generous and well worth the purchase. I will recommend that store to anyone and will not hesitate to return. Thank you for the awesome customer service which is rare and quite lacking in too many current employees no matter what kind of store employs them!

I visited this store to see is I could get some help trading in a one year old phone that belonged to my recently deceased wife and combine that with upgrading my 4year old Pixel phone. Dimitri was so much more than helpful and considerate as he walked me through my options, helped me consider upgraded phones, and assisting me in cancelling my wife's line and rearranging my contact.

Dimitri is fantastic and I couldn't be more grateful for all of his help! My Galaxy s6 finally kicked the bucket and I decided to fully make the switch from Straighttalk to Verizon and Dimitri made the transition easy and smooth. I didn't even know I could transfer my straighttalk number over to Verizon so that made me happier knowing I could keep my California number. He explained everything, all the math and prices, so even someone like me could understand 😂. He was super patient, even when we had to call the straighttalk customer service line. I have nothing but super nice things to say about him so thank you again!

This visit was one of the best I've had. I loved the experience. She was quick and respectful. Even when I got aggravated she was polite and finished setting up my products. I highly recommend Verizon and this location. Shelby definitely deserves a raise.

I had an issue with a new phone purchase. Customer service online was sooo not helpful, so I wasn’t very excited about doing any better “in person”. Wow, was I surprised! Raven was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me navigate through a number of different options and provided outstanding customer service! Seriously, she could give lessons to about half of the businesses in Albuquerque on how to treat your customers. Great job!
