AT&T Store

Purchased new phone. Great service.

Both Brooklyn’s were wonderful twice in one week. They did their jobs well and transferred from phones was seem less. No issues and recommendations were spot on. Made sure that all customer satisfied with final purchases. Thank you both for great customer service.

The employees of this store are extremely professional. Their quality of service is above board. They will make sure that you have the right quality of equipment that meets your needs. They are lead by example of a manager whom will go above and beyond to solve any problem or need you may require. They are local to community and care for them. Thank you to Randy and his staff for your dedication and hard work.

I love our local AT&T store.
They have customer service reps there that are second to none.
If you have a question or a problem, they have the answer or the solution.
Need a new phone or tablet, they help you find the right one for you.
The best part is they are friendly and patient...and they get you waited on and out quickly.
No need to drive to a big Att store in a big city to get 5 star service. It's right here at home.

DeWayne and Brooklynne at the Washington C H are the best at customer service. They rock, come see them for your AT@T needs!

Had a great experience with this store. The staff knew their stuff! Wasn't sure what I wanted and they steered me to the perfect phone. With the speed that technology changes it's good to have an experts opinion. My fiancee and I worked with Randy to get the rate that fit us without being too excessive or expensive . Very happy!

Randy and his staff are simply amazing. Randy took the time to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and products. I was so impressed, a few weeks after getting my daughter's phone, I returned to the store to switch my phone service to AT&T. Customer service seems to be hard to find nowadays, but Randy really goes above and beyond for his customers.

Toni is a very friendly customer service personnel at this store. She knows her job very well, she can answer any questions you have about any AT&T phone or their services. She is a multi-tasker person, she knows her customer by name and I wouldn’t change my mobile service to anyone else. We are very satisfied with AT&T

Have only been AT&T customers for cell service. Randy has taken good care of our family through at least 6 or 7 upgrades. One difficult situation with a defective phone he handled immediately... no questions asked. I recommend him highly and totally trust him.

Super easy transfer process and treated with such respect with the staff. They were able to answer any question I had about our phone plan and bill.

Jamie aleays provides exceptional service with a smile regardless of how busy she is in the store. She also frequently troubleshoots and fixes my phone. Additionally she offers convenience products that are helpful to me. She's like having a sleuth, a tech wizard, and a great friend all at my local ATT store. Thanks you to her!!!! Randy at this location is great! Always willing to help with any issues and has a smile on his face while doing so. Would recommend him and this store to any of my friends and family!

I do not have AT&T, however I had a question about my iPhone , Randy explained it to me , helped to free up space on my phone, and explained his service -vs- mine. When I'm ready to switch, Randy will be the first stop. Excellent friendly customer service! Thank you Randy.

Very helpful!!! I was in there on 3/10/17 with my new phone and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank goodness they knew immediately how to remove my SIM card out of my old phone. I wasn't aware the back didn't come off.

As everyone has stated the customer service is awesome I just wish the phone number would work every time I call it goes to voicemail other than that love Randy and everybody else that works there!

Randy is amazing at what he does. I've been to several other stores in the Dayton area and this location is worth the drive.
