We would like to give a shout out to Becky, Flooring Manager. She has been a huge help to us while we remodel our newly acquired home. She is very knowledgeable of products and services that are available. Her ability to listen to our thoughts and ideas and make recommendations is priceless. Coming in contact with such an eager Sales Consultant is refreshing in today’s Self Help Marketplace.

Home Depot Washington Court House Ohio:
We bought a big Samsung package deal a couple of weeks ago. Dishwasher was leaking internally when installed. Not Home Depots fault. We have a new one coming this Sat. Had a few bumps installing the gas stove, but Jr. was very cordial and helpful, as was Brad from plumbing. Robert (a manager) was also very nice and accommodating. The real star of the store for our consumer experience was Becky from appliances. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things appliance and flooring. A true customer oriented rep. She's a real asset to your operation. Can't speak highly enough of her. Thanks Becky!

Great products in stock & special order for project repairs & Renovations for the past 20yrs.

I live in New Vienna, OH which is between Wilmington and Hillsboro. Problem is, neither has a Home Depot (only Lowes). This location is the closest to my house and it's worth the drive jist to pick up my Ryobi tools and Dyna-Glo smokers!

I went to Home Depot yesterday looking for clips to put up a new flag. Hailee, who works in the garden department, stepped over and asked if we needed help. She was caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. Kudos to HD for having such a great employee...she's a great ambassador for Home Depot. Please look for her if you need help, she cares.
And a shout out to the employees of our local store....you are all hometown friendly wonderful.

This is a much better store than their competitors have. The employees can actually be found on the floor AND they'll ask if you need help. Just wish we had one closer to the Portsmouth area.

One of my favorite stores, location was my first lure, Aldis right next door, and soon to be one of those super car washes. What
kept me going back was customer service has always been spot on.

This Home Depot was awesome.
They went out of there way to look for what I wanted. Even after telling them I didn’t know the name of it and couldn’t defective it well, they found it. I would give the 6 out of 5 for what they did tonight.

I love how friendly and ready to help the staff is at this home depo. I had an employee helping me look for an item for at least 20 minutes before we were Informed by someone else they stopped carrying it. Regardless, I'm impressed on how friendly and willing to help the employee was. When I went to checkout the cashier was also very personal and kind with me as well. Definitely will shop here again.

This was the best Home Depot ever!!! Brad and Tim helped me out from the time I walked in until u walked out! It was such a pleasant experience and I'm really thankful for those guys! If I could I would give the store and those 2 a 10 star rating for how excellent the service was!

Never too busy and the nicest Home Depot anywhere around.

Well stocked. Clean and orderly. Nice folks! I was delivering a load in the back and the receiving department was very fast unloading, and very nice! Bought a broom and some cleaning wipes while there.

Made my day,put lowes to shame and prices where great

The associate asked if we needed help and just so happened that we did! The lines were fast and they offered to see if another store had the item we were looking for. Excellent service, thank you Home Depot!

The Home Depot in Zanesville Ohio is nothing but a disappointment! We ordered siding in July. Only because we kept calling and asking about our order, did we find out our order was NOT going to be fulfilled, and nobody bothered calling. When we asked to speak with the manager of the store,we were told they were busy and they would call the next day. Didn't happen!! It took Washington Court 80+ miles away to do their job. Anna at Washington Court is excellent at her job. Big Thank you to Washington Court Home Depot. Zanesville you need to reevaluate your business practices.

Do you want to be treated like a rock star? Walk in the front door and say hello to Becky! All I can say is wow!! I live one hour and 10 minutes away. I drove there because they had 3 smokers in stock that I wanted to see. I had no idea that I was going to meat super stars at the store. Becky walked me over to all the grills showed me the price of all and the pros and cons. I needed a minute to digest all the info and she said call her when you are ready. Made my mind up and she grabbed everything I wanted and walked me to the cashier to make sure I
got everything right!! OMG. What an incredible experience! Lastly, a honorable mention to Ron and Jim. Came to the front to help load it into my car. They were very friendly and amazing!!!All three people that I met were amazing. Have I raved enough? I could go on......I highly recommend this store without question. 👍
