Great selection of outdoor clothing. The store is very well organized and the people working there are very friendly and helpful.

The staff and especially Tony were all incredible. We visited recently and found a jacket I liked, but we didn’t buy it initially. Then, when we came back to buy it, it had sold. However, they helped my find the jacket all the way in Columbus at another location and had it shipped to my place. Great service.

I love Eddie Bauer and I love this store. The manager recognizes me when I come in. I'm not sure that's a good thing! 😂 Eddie Bauer clothes are a little pricey in general, but if you shop the sales and clearance you're going to get good value for clothing that will last for years.

Just got back home after visiting the Eddie Bauer Outlet store. I only get there once or twice a year since it's a 30 minute drive. I had to exchange a shirt I bought eleven months ago that wasn't my size. They exchanged it even tho I brought it back with the wrong receipt. For that I'm grateful!! Love their top quality clothing!! They last for years!!

Can't go wrong with Eddie Bauer and we always find great bargains. Wife just bought two pair of Capri length outdoor pants that were normally $60 each for $10 each and she absolutely loves them!

Very helpful, friendly, and fast! I needed to find a different size of a shirt I purchased in Missouri. This store had it and they arranged to ship it to me. Very happy with them and the Osage Beach, Mo, store!

Worth coming to the US for this alone. Wonderful umbrellas for $15 and backpacks you can keep in you hip pock when empty for $20 are fantastic. Also stock large and tall clothing. Bring an empty suitcase with you.

I make the trip from Cincinnati about 2 to 4 times a year (I try to go when seasons are changing to shop the new items in clearence). This store is the only reason I stop at these outlets. I don't even bother with the other stores when I pass thru. They have great prices (espspecially compared to the couple that are around my house) and always have some sort of sale going on. They have great discounts for military as well, 15% off the entire purchase, which is a major plus as my boyfriend is military and we shop together. I love how many items have a life time guarentee. Of the 8+ times I have come here I have never left empty handed.

Stopped in for Black Friday deals...picked up a few nice things at great prices. Very helpful staff and short lines. What more could you want?

The Eddie Bauer Outlet in the Jeffersonville Outlet mall is the best Eddie Bauer store in the Cincinnati(ish) area. The prices are always better than other Eddie Bauer's and they typically have great sales and clearance sections. We have been going to this Eddie Bauer for years and the customer service has always been solid.

If you like Eddie Bauer you will like this outlet store. We found great sales.
