The absolutely BEST GameStop EVER Abby and Tom are phenomenal managers. When I’m looking for anything game related I drive 20+ miles just to support their store. Friendly and knowledgeable beyond all other stores. They deserve raises and I have no relationship with them other then being a satisfied customer. They truly are the best store I’ve personally encountered

Zach has the patience of a saint. I never seen anything like it. He was working alone and was hit with a wave of customers, all wanted help and had different situations. Zach was very calm and cordial. He kept his composure and dealt with every customer accordingly. He greeted everyone with a smile, made a few recommendations, and treated everyone as if we were family. Most people would not be able to handle that kind of situation but Zach did an exceptional job. Even when he had some technical difficulties and the phones ringing off the hook, the man stayed calm. Zach must have a PhD in customer service the way he held the set down today. Absolutely Amazing. While Zach dealing with some technical difficulties, trade ins, returns, selling the protection and sympathizing with the customer who came in for a game that was not in stock, the phones ringing, the line grew longer as he was assisting me and the other, the man stayed calm. Zach was a one man army while dealing with so much by himself. It was amazing, you couldn’t pay to see stuff like this on cable. I had great experience and highly recommended this location.

Juanita was amazing - she helped my husband and I out immensely with our complex trade-in and helped us save some cash on our other purchases. She's a real gem to have be leading this store.

Went in just to browse. Tomoki greeted me, engaged in some small talk. He asked what systems I had and maybe he could make some suggestions. Very helpful, thorough, not pushy. Wonderful experience. Best GameStop in my experience!!!

People there are nice and helpful, I go there all the time and they are always so nice to me They have amazing service and awesome workers! The manager is awesome and helpful, I can trust him with a lot of things, so in all it is a amazing place. Frank, thank you for helping me all the time..

Great location of the chain. Usually easy to park out front if you are a little patient. Excellent and wide selection and demos of new and used games -- perfect for last minute emergency birthday presents.

Surprisingly crowded when I go. I'd thought stores like this were dying: not this one!!
