Very nice young lady Lisaann . Funny, fast and very courteous. She had customers laughing I needed help with gas card she came out explaining she had to tend to few ppl in line and would bc right with m. She came out and helped. Worked out well she even offered me a rewards card which I excepted after she explained how rewards worked.bUt was nice going into that Zoomerz after some time and noticed It very clean and was wonderful atmosphere. It's a nice gas station. Lots of things inside to pick from snack/drink wise. There's a subway attached to it.

Would not give change back and snotty blond kid working was very condescending. Went back next day and spoke with manager named Junior, who was very kind & resolved the issue. I would definitely deal with Junior again.

Why are the doors locked with a sign on the door that says "closed for shift change"?

I tapped on the window and the guy said it was going to be another 30 minutes.

Shady business practices - I asked for a pack of cigarettes that had a $1 off coupon printed to the label. He grabbed a second pack that did not have the offer and scanned that one instead of mine. I was buying other things, but he promised me the $1 was taken off the total. It wasn't. He gets his extra money, but doesn't pass it on to the person who should receive it, the customer.

Stopped on while on a trip to Knoxville TN. We purchased gas at 915PM. The man working g the cash register told us to leave and refused to let one of our people use the restroom. He lied and said they close at 9PM. The website states the store closes at 11:30pm and also states it’s 24 hours.

At first he was rude until I called him on his poor attitude and told him he needs to turn off his open sign. Very poor attitude and customer service.

My boyfriend ran in to use the bathroom and to buy cigarettes and they gave him the run around about a key than demanded he buy something before he could use the bathroom when it was an emergency. The people are extremely rude. And now that i know they refuse military, me and mine will no longer give any business to them. This place needs to be shut down. Its a total joke!!

On the evening of Saturday June 2nd I purchase gas using my card at the pump. It asked me if I would like a car wash, I chose the $6 wash. I finished filling up the car and i drove around the back to the car wash. The screen said out of service. I went inside to get my money back. The cashier called somebody on the phone to see what she could do. After she hung up she told me I would have to come in and talk to the manager but he doesn't come back in until Monday. I explained to her that I do not live in the area and I cannot just come back to speak to him. She told me there was nothing she could do that she was not authorized to give refunds. I asked for the manager's phone number but all she could give me was the store phone number. I should have called the police but instead now I am stuck disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Just found out that this place refused service to a member of the active duty military.
In full uniform, the "Owner" told him that his business was not welcome. (Paraphrasing)
I can't believe that any institution in this country would refuse service to anyone in the military or otherwise. Just take their money and be done. I, for sure will NOT EVER grace their door step. I'm sure that one review is going to damage them beyond repair (sarcasm). But perhaps it will at least open some eyes as to the attitudes of a company in our town.
In summary, if you don't like our military...Get the hell out. Your attitude is not welcome

Very rude to me and my special needs son. I'll never be back.Girls name Desiree rolled her eyes at us and was very unfriendly.Was very uncalled for.We work with the public and always treat others with kindness and respect.Its upsetting when you are treated poorly for no apparent reason other than someone wanting to have a snooty attitude.

Can I give this place negative stars? The employee denied the use of the restroom to my elderly friend. Inexcusable.

The cashier refused to give me cash for winning lotto tickets. He said I could only take tickets.

Extremely rude manager named jeanie!!! VERY unprofessional. When i told her i needed her corporate # she told me that i needed to take that up with someone who cared.

Dont support our military so I will never support this buisness. Place is a joke and looking at previous reviews seems like they have never been any good.

9am guy made a big deal about breaking a $100 bill. I ended up having to take my business elsewhere.

Don't go there,rude ,had an out of order sign in the bathroom ,I will give ZERO STARS if I CAN
