I had a great experience. Even though there was only one girl working there, she was very knowledgable and she was very efficient. Only ten people at a time were allowed in the store, but she kindly asked people to wait outside. She needs a raise if she's going to be working by herself. Thank you.

Ordered a new copy of borderlands 3 from this location. When I got it, it ended up being a used copy. I personally did not care if it was used or not as long as the code was good for the add on content. The manager that was on duty when I called about this was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of, he even explained how to put the add on content on my xbox.

Our salesman, Maurice (Mo) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were given 7 days to try an Xbox One system which my husband has wanted for a long time. He wasn't able to keep up with his game (very difficult since his hands are very arthritic) and on the 6th day I returned the system. I was given a full cash refund, no questions asked. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.

After an extremely poor experience at a different Gamestop, Rhett, at this store, made things right for me. He treated me with respect and compassion, unlike my other experience. I felt like a valued customer, not an inconvenience. I really appreciated the staff at this store making something right, even though it cost the store a little money. That's what customer service is supposed to look like!

My husband and I went to this location. We were in a bit of a bad situation. We bought our 2 boy's the Nintendo Switch for Christmas last year. We also bought the one year warranty for it. Well as it happens the joystics on the controller's stopped working properly. Now mind you we bought this for Christmas in 2017 . Fast forward to present day. I look at my reciept and notice i bought it in November of 2017. So I think I'm done. There is no way for me to fix the broken remotes. Actually there is a extremely nice and very polite man by the name of Larry at the Coors and Central location in Albuquerque, NM. He was so helpful and so nice. He helped me fix my issue almost immediately. Sales representatives like him are the reason why myself and my family will be forever loyal to this location!!! Thank you Larry for all of your help and professionalism!!!!

This gamestop is awesome. It's not even the closest one to my home but I'm willing to travel a little further for such an amazing experience. I took my son here tonight to grab a game for my son's birthday. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Helped him pick out the perfect game and showed us how to dave some money on future purchases. Thanks guys, you rock!

These guy's and ladies are excellent!!! I bought new and used games here as well as a Nintendo Dsi Xl. Everything works as new. No issues what so ever. I have purchased controller extension cords which I have had for years now and again, no issues. The staff is very helpful. The parking is good. Keep your doors locked in the parking lot. Thank you.

When you go into this place these people always go out of their way to help you find or recommend a game you will enjoy. Each will discuss with me what I've played what they've played what they like and help me determine whether or not they can actually assist me in figuring out what I want to spend my money on. Each one of the people, even the ones that have varied game preferences, seem to always be able to help me find what I want. I frequent all of the GameStop's but this one is one of my favorites.

This store is the literal depiction of America personified. The store has everything you could possibly need regarding gaming wants and needs. Playstation 5 yeah they have it and xbox yet they have it random trading cards accessories and figurines yeah sure they have that to. Whatever you do please come here purchase from the store and do not let game stop go bankrupt!
