Kevin is so helpful and has amazing customer service! Never had a bad experience here. It's great to have a place like this in Statesville!!

Discovered this hidden gem while visiting Statesville. Very clean and organized store. A wide variety of toys, lingerie, lubricants and much more. I didn't catch the name of the employee working but she was very insightful and friendly. Absolutely hope to see her again my next visit!

It’s a smaller shop, but they still had a relatively nice variety of items. Their selection of lingerie was also super cute! The gentleman that was working when I went was extremely knowledgeable on all of the merchandise, and was able to answer any/all questions I had on certain products. Overall, I would much rather go here than Priscilla’s.

This is a great store. The lady working there was very very professional even with a strange request I had. She took the time to help me find what I was looking for and showed me how it goes on me. I will definitely go back here. Just hope next time her hands arent so cold....haha

My Boyfriend and I was on vacation and visited a few adult book store and we was amazed at the selection of products, movies and enhancers, but what really sold us on this store was Kevin he was amazing, he helped us with different products and went through movies with us to get exactly what we was looking for. He even explained all the enhancers to us and the one he suggested was a hit for us. So Kevin your new West Virginia friends will definitely be coming back to North Carolina soon for a visit you are hands down the best. Both of us felt very comfortable talking with you about things thank you so much and see you soon.

Really clean store! Alot to choose from. My husband and I enjoyed picking stuff out together. The man working the counter I'm assuming he is the owner was really helpful, very nice and didn't bother answering any questions. He made our time in the store super easy and comfortable! We will be going back.

First time i went was months ago the staff wasnt to helpful but I decided to give them a second chance today because everyone has there off days and im glad I did staff was super friendly super informative they answered everything for me and pointed me to exactly what i was looking for. Highly highly recommend Elm. The Asian woman is really nice and helpful.

A great store with a large selection you can spend hours looking at all the movies and toys and lingerie the staff are freindly and helpful with out being pushy. It's nice and clean if you haven't been there you need to check it out

The woman who owns it or runs it is very controlling and she thinks she can just talk to u like she owns u that place is going to hell she will never get my business again and if there is another woman in there when you're shopping u can't even say hi so to hell with that place
