Usually go to Leslies on Southern/Higley. Called close to 5pm; said to come in with our vacuum. Tim was outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than 5 minutes at no charge! He normally works at the Guadalupe/Ellsworth location. We may go there from now on since it may even be closer to our house. Thank you so much Tim for making our lives a little easier and for the very pleasant woman who answered the phone and greeted us. We have enough stress in our lives and we so appreciate people who know their craft, no matter what it is. God bless.

Tim and his staff are always helpful even when it's packed in their small store. Their chemicals cost a little more but they are higher quality, and do a better job than other places products.

Leslie's is always able to help get things in balance. Tim is knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. I wonder if I might wear out their goodwill showing up sometimes more than once a week for a water test. Yet they provide the service free of charge with a smile. A great neighbor to have. I have been coming to this place for many years and this new bunch are a On Hands group. Jagger was exceptional in servicing my vacuum and Tim the owner (maybe) was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Keep it up guys!!

Love this place..bought some equipment so we could upgrade our pool. The manager Tim was there and helped us with obtaining a credit amount to cover our purchase. He was on the phone for at least half an hour and got it all worked and got our equipment ordered. Thank you for the extra effort on your part Tim. Got a customer for life!

Went in the pool supplies, greeted when I walked in, very nice young man, helped me with all my many questions, and they test the pool water for free. One stop pool shop. 2 thumbs up

Staff is always very helpful and explained basic concepts and needs whenever they came up. The free water testing is a huge plus along with their mobile app that helps me keep track of all of my history in one place.
