Overall I'm supremely impressed with this shop! I've been coming here for over a year during covid when everything was bad... Was happy to hear he opened a second store on crismon! Will always recommend and continue coming to Helios. 27 dollars per time that I come up there and it's usually two or three times a week.. I go to a couple other shops but I prefer this one cuz it's closer to my place.

Partner and I came in on a whim one day because our local shop quite literally has double the prices, and I can say that Helios never fails to impress us. We’re always happy and excited to take our drive over, and the employees are always so helpful, talkative and just downright fun to be around. Keep up the great work guys💖

I moved in 9 months ago literally across the street. And this is the only place I go to for numerous reasons. The employees are chill AF and the owner is the most grounded down-to-earth dude there is. But that's not the only reason I go here it's because they have a huge discount bucket of juice that's cheaper than any other store I've ever seen, and it's not just the price, it's the fact that the employees actually know what's in the bucket, which is so surprising and saves me a lot of time digging through it. So thanks to everyone helping me and especially boss man for being you!

I stop in here to occasionally to buy cigars and mint pouches. Gio, usually the employee working when I come in, is always really knowledgeable and professional. He even helped me find the right product to help me sleep better. He never made me feel awkward for my naïve questions. The location is convenient and close to home. And the incense collection is crazy huge!

Always great experience at Helios!!!! It's my definite go to now. As previous reviews state every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I just really love this place. For the owner who I also noticed reads these - Great job with your staff & shop. I usually see Keith (or Kyle? forgive me) in there and I hope that's his name and he's especially wonderful. He's very knowledgeable and always willing to take his time & share his knowledge with a newbie.

Went it looking for something little, was immediately greeted by Gio and felt his passion. His knowledge and salesmanship on our first visit made this our go to spot. Thanks Gio!

Been into this store 3 times and have met all personel including the owner I believe. I just have to comment on the great job this shop has done not only on beautiful, affordable, products but the staff are all 5 star employees. Never been to a shop where everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, kind-hearted, and personable. I had an issue, the owner wanted to help and I know he thought I was giving him a bad time but he was still trying to do his best to help. I think that is great! Keep it up guys and you'll need a bigger shop!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would!!! I bought a vape from them a couple of months ago. I wasn't all that familiar with it. It didn't produce a lot of "smoke" and I felt like I was drinking the juice! I was just going to throw it away. But today I went back and asked Kyle if he knew what I was doing wrong. This guy is AMAZING. He immediately started taking it apart and putting new pieces together from packages behind the counter. After a couple of tries he fixed it! Didn't charge me a dime. In fact he gave me a discount on the juice I purchased because he said he used some up trying to fix it!! BEST customer service I've seen anywhere in a very long time. Wish I could steal Kyle to work for me! Thank you!!!

The staff and employees are always very friendly. They have a great selection of glass, cbd, and the best kratom. They are always open and have extended hours. Highly recommend!

Gio is my absolute favorite! He is such a lovely, friendly face to see every time I come in and is the reason I keep coming back. He is very knowledgeable and always recommends the best juice when I can’t decide. They are always stocked with all my vaping needs. Caring and all around positive experience everytime. The owners are wonderfully kind, knowledgeable but something that stands out above all is the welcome. They welcome any and all customers even ones like me with my 20 questions. Before long I was feeling like family. Even tho they're an hour drive from my home I will continue to get my vape products from Helios smoke and vape in Mesa.
