Big 5 Sporting Goods

My Big 5 is very nice and always helpful, I found exactly what I needed and cheaper then where I planned on getting them.
Customer service is usually always good.

I like this store and they have really nice airsoft guns to.

Had to buy a new tennis shoes for my vacation and with an 11 and 1/2 4e is very difficult unless you come here and buy New balance

I just wanted to give a shot out to Olivia. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. This girl is definitely good at her job. So I was shopping for some shoes for my son and unfortunately they didn’t have the right size. Before coming back to inform me, she took it upon herself to find something else in the right size (which were way cooler shoes then the one I picked out). I hope your manager gives you kudos kid.Thank you Olivia, my son loves the shoes.

Very organized and clean store. Enough parking available but not to ample. You can find everything you can imagine and with the coupons you receiving the email you did a pretty good deal too. Sporting goods and any gear for sports, plus ammo.

I was looking for scooters for my grandchildren.
Lucky for me.
Not only did they have them but they were on sale.
I have shopped this store before and like it.
Easy getting to and easy parking.

Big 5 has everything you need for your outdoor adventures. The camping area will completely outfit you for a weekend in the woods. They also have sports equipment, shoes, boots and top brand names. The staff here is knowledgeable and very helpful. I enjoy shopping at Big 5 because no matter what it is that I need for my athletic activities, I know they will be able to get me ready for skiing, swimming, running, hiking, soccer, camping and all of my other fun activities.

I went to the San Ramon store and waited for about 10 mins for someone to come to the counter after three or four minutes I was curious to see how long it would take but no one out of 4 employees that were talking to each other did so I went to the concord store there someone asked within about 15 seconds upon reaching the counter answered all my questions and was extremely helpful even the manager came in on the conversation and was very friendly and helped me to make the right decision

Bought some snowboarding gear mid season and so you're not gong to find any deals on snow days. Knowing that, we purchased awesome $169 mens jacket, $120 women's jacket, and $100 men's pants. Loved our purchases and they've been great in very cooks weather this season. We're staying dry and warm!

Zakk at the register was friendly and made good conversation as he rang us up. Big 5 has great deals all the time and I love their emails of one-day sale items, though I usually see them after it's too late. This location is well-organized and well-staffed. Friendly, helpful service all around .

They're not Dicks. 😂😂 great service, always greted upon entering the door. Good variety for a store with a small footprint. I have grown up with big 5 my whole life so 100 out of 100 for me. And they still sell ammo and firearms.

I like to call out excellent service when I find it and Michael took real good care of me! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for almost immediately thanks to his help! Then on my way out to my car, I saw him on his way back from helping an old lady carry a heavy box out to her car. That is service above and beyond!

Big 5 here in Concord is great!! They might not always have the best selection, they sure do have great prices and service. I bought my mom a way cool pair of retro sunglasses from this Big 5, cool.

I have never been disappointed with purchases a Big 5 in the past 50 years living in Concord. Even at 70 I always feel like being young shopping their.

This is our local sport store. Great selection of items.. I've bought a lot of camping gear here. The prices are great and they often mail out coupons.

Their shoes are also pretty nice!

Very friendly staff. This strip mall seems to be struggling and with the competition from Sports Basement (much better value IMO), I'm glad to see Big5 is still doing well. They handled my return well and I used my store credit with out a hassle. Overall, the staff seems eager to help and I will return.

Overall great place to by sporting goods and shoes. Knife selection and pricing are great. There's a kid that works there name "D" who is great with his customers. Tyson is great as well. Recommend shopping here

This particular store is great. Their manager and sales staff know their stuff and are always very helpful. They have are large collection of items and are always in stock.. Enjoy. Hope you go find this of help.

Shoes selection is good, but not the place to go to if your looking for Jordan's. Great outdoor things seller 👍.
