I am so happy with the service that I got there! I was returning a pair of jeans and replacing a pair that I had torn this morning. I walked in I got service right away. The sales associate was amazing there was some sort of computer problem she stayed calm collected and patient I even ordered the wrong size and she had no problem changing the size and looking for the type and exactly what I was looking for I wish I have written her name down because she was wonderful she work with the other customers she was helping me and was able to multitask also she was very impressive and I feel so bad that I don't remember her name now but this is a 100% one of the best service I've ever gotten in a store . If anybody from Old Navy is reading this her cashier number is 309-1691

5 stars for being a very clean and friendly store. If you are young you will find lots of nice options here. Mind that the quality is good but not always best. I'm satisfied and the price is right. At least half time the store has a 40-50% everything! How can you not love it?

staff was amazing, i went in as a design student looking to get trend analysis and ideas of what silhouettes and prints/colors were most popular this season for a intership competition being held by old navy.
i was met at the front by a wonderfully friendly lady, who walked me to the store manager after i explained my intentions. the store manager (today 2April18) asked me about the project and asked to see my student id, she was very engaged and friendly. after explaining my intentions of taking photos of tge store and asking trend specific questions. i was taken to meet the women in charge of both sections relevant to my project where my questions were answered by very friendly sales associates, who had wonderful knowledge of what trends and garments were in and selling well.

overall one of the most pleasent experiences l've had thus far as an entry level designer doing research.

thank you for such a wonderful and engaging learning experience.

Great customer service, charming, helpful, and kind (and much better than the ungracious stuck up brats at the Veranda location) better parking than Veranda location, clean, great selection. Make this Old Navy your choice for sure 😊

Store was clean. Not hard to look for items. Everything good for safety, mask to be wore & sanitizer. Employees very nice.

Cashier was very helpful in suggesting and then quickly checking to see if the item i wanted was available at their veranda location which is practically right next door.
