Went into the Bel Furniture store in Calallen, Texas today looking for a couple of items. Came in contact with David Chandler who was outstanding with customer service. His attention to detail and knowledge of the furniture made our experience significantly better. We walked out feeling good knowing we were well taken care of and knowing we got exactly what we wanted. If y’all are looking for a place to go and someone to help y’all. Alan was our salesperson. He was super nice and very professional. He was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all into buying something we didn't want. But we bought more than what we originally went in for. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Alan for giving us excellent customer service.

Our sales representatives was Danny Rodriguez and we have purchased from here before with him back when it was Wilcox and he was very helpful the first time. Goes out of his way for you till your satisfied. We recently purchased again from this place and he was our go to person and as always he was helpful and talkative great spirit. Today I was assisted by Alan Higgs when purchasing my new sectional. He explained everything clearly and allowed me to take my time walking through the store while making my selection. He made the whole process easy and was extremely helpful. He showed kindness and great patience with my 4 year old who had more questions than I did. All the other associates I spoke to were courteous as well. I highly recommend BEL Calallen to anyone in the market for new furniture!

When we made a decision on which living room set we wanted he priced it out, made delivery arrangements and made sure we knew the details about the warranty.

Went in with hopes of buying a nice living room set. After viewing the furniture throughout the store we found the set we had been looking for. Thanks to Alan Higgs, the sales manager, we left happy with our living room set. Did I mention that the deals were so good that we also purchased new beds, dressers and a very nice marble top dining room set?!? Yep, couldn’t resist.
