Diana was spectacular! My daughter dropped her phone, and it stopped working. We went to Verizon to find out what to do. Diana laid out our options clearly without talking down to us. She was seriously so knowledgeable. She helped us pick the best option for us and got us all squared away before we left. She made us feel valued as customers, and I had complete trust in her expertise. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

I haven't had any issues and I'm enjoying my service so far! Diana was awesome and she answered all my questions. She was a great help and very friendly. Thank yall for your time.

This Verizon location has the best Service Team I've seen in a while. They are very attentive and will help to the best of their ability. They are very knowledgeable with their products and their service and will help find what best suits you. They have always done a great job for me every time I either had any questions or concerns, and got back to me with a definite answer. Diana and Madison make a very awesome team, I'd recommend anyone to visit this location and this team for service. I'd give them a higher rating if I could.

Diana was great! After many years of bad service with AT&T. We switched over to Verizon and felt like someone was really listening and tried to help us with our issues. Will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.

My agent was Diana and she was phenomenal! She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She looked up several promotions for me and helped me make the most of my money by comparing phone plans. I won’t go anywhere else!

We went in to this store last week to upgrade our phones. We worked with the store manager, Madison who was very nice. The phones we wanted were on back order so we ordered them and waited to be notified they are ready for pickup. I received notification from Verizon a few days later that the phones had been delivered so we went to the store to get them. Madison was not there but we were helped by Samuel. He was awesome! He was helping another customer but was able to multitask and get us both taken care of with no mistakes. He didn’t miss a beat. He is a super asset to your company and this location and we will be back— but only when Samuel is working!

Diana and the team were SO incredibly helpful. I came in with a broken phone and she insisted (kindly) on trying a diagnostic test to ensure if there was an opportunity to save money we’d have tried it. Unfortunately, it was shot but she set me up on a new phone so quickly. They treated me like I mattered! Can’t recommend this location enough if you need Verizon support or products.

I walked into this store and a lady named Diana assisted me. After a brief conversation about me issues she got everything handled. Verizon corporate dropped the ball again after that visit. I came back to this store and once again Diana got everything fixed. This lady is awesome. Go see her, you won't be disappointed at all.

Diana was very good with us, got 2 phones traded in and all data changed over in a very timely manner. We were not waiting long at all!
Diana showed us the differences between our old phones and new ones which made using them very easy!

I was having problems with my old phone and Rolando took care of us right away. He told me that I would get my new phone at home the next day, to return the next day and he would set it up for me. I came in again the the next day to be greeted by a nice lady name Diana. She helped us right away and I'm very greatful for their professional assistance. I highly recommend this Verizon store to any Verizon customers. Their employees are awesome!

Ordered a phone online picked it up no issues. Verizon offered to assist me to setup my phone. I was in a rush and they made it easy!!

I went in to connect my watch and spoke to Diana, she was very helpful. I ended up getting an upgrade but she made the process super easy and fast. Highly recommend Diana for any of your cell phone needs.

This location went out of there way to find me a iPhone SE. Called once the phone arrived. Diana even went the extra mile to make sure my hearing aids were working. One last thing she did was connect my phone to my truck. I am beyond pleased with the customer service I received in the Calallen location. Thank you

We were debating in between T-Mobile and Verizon. But after visiting Verizon and speaking to Diana my mind was made up. She stayed late to transfer all of our 3 phones. When you think about customer service Diana is the name to remember. We are beyond happy. Another key point also is that every single time I called to ask question she answered the phone. I really appreciate speaking to someone and not having all this automated NONSENCE.

I had a most disappointing day dealing with the Verizon website. I decided to go in store and I'm glad I did. Samuel was very courteous and got everything done a whole lot faster than I would have thought. I left the store with a smile on my face for the first time today. Great customer service skills thanks sam.

I never leave reviews but I just had to after my experience at the Verizon in Calallen.
My boyfriend and I went in to see about switching from ATT and within 10 minutes Madison answered every single question we had, and even some we didn't know we needed
to ask! She went out of her way to get us a great deal! Even partnering with a local repair shop to get my boyfriends phone fixed for $75!! (every place we
called was over $200) to make sure we got the most out our trade in! She even switched over all of our information from phone to phone without us even having to ask!
And while all that is great, the reason I had to leave a review is because during out wait for our phones to transfer (which did take a longer then expected) Madison
called a local burger place and ordered us lunch! We were able to wait in our car and then she brought the phones to us when they were done! Verizon is the Chick-fil-a
of the phone industry! Love when big companies support the smaller business in their community! And all of the wonderful Christmas decorations were
just the cherry on top :) Thanks Madison and Diana!
