The UPS Store

I am a University at Buffalo student who recently visited the UPS Store near the campus. I encountered challenges with my return label QR code. A team member, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, provided exceptional assistance. He not only addressed my concerns but also assured me that my issue would be resolved. I appreciate the professionalism and support extended during my visit.

It was fast, efficient, and no talking. I love it when places are right to the point, so I'm not waiting there for 10 mins. It's literally here you go and you are out of it and I absolutely adore that.

The associates are very friendly and the process was smooth and fast. Being located in campus makes it easy for students to send or return their packages.

Loved this place, very nice, very patient, I've made my first couple shipments here, they nicely explained to me how it works and the speed they've done it is amazing 5/5 would go anytime.

Since writing this review the on campus mail experience has improved a lot so now it’s up for debate if this is really the best option when you account for the cost every 3 months versus paying nothing for the improved default experience. Still 5 stars but definitely some more competition now to consider.

Awesome place. Great people, big shout out to Shawn especially. The mailboxes are way more convenient than on campus mailboxes. Much larger time window for collection and convenient north campus location. Store also contains basic office supplies for purchase.

UPS has upto date updates of delivery. And very trustworthy.

Came from Canada to have quite a few documents notarized and witnessed. Staff was very accommodating and took their time to make sure things were filled out correctly.
