I am so completely satisfied with my service and how I was treated, I just HAD to leave a review. My phone insurance sent me here for a repair and these guys treated me like I was an old customer, they welcomed me, spoke with my son, conversed with me. I only caught Dave's name but there was an older man in there today too and he was super nice. I was quoted about 40 minutes, ran to do some grocery shopping, and my phone was done when I got back. They knew exactly where it was and got me out quickly. I promise I'll take better care of my phone but if I need a repair again, I'll make sure that I come here again. I'm going to come in and browse because I also had no idea this store existed before now.

I took my phone 📱 to have the screen repaired and was greeted on the phone by a gentleman with great customer service skills. Upon entering Dave and Skye greeted me very attentively and treated me as though I was their only customer. Thank you guys. And then on my way out Tom talked to me like we were old friends. I have an amazing time and experience today here. I'm Octavius and I appreciate your time and effort. Lee, you have a wonderful team.

This place rocks I broke my screen and had to file an insurance claim, last time it had happened I had to drive to Westland and wait which I wasn't happy about as it was well I filled the claim and was pleased this place was close to home, I dropped it off and it was repaired we had a few small issues but they handled this with great customer service and professionalism.

This store is amazing. Not only do they have a wide variety of batteries plus bulbs plus very useful items for your home and your car but the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

Twice now they have fixed/replaced my broken phone screens. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me. Chris, maybe? He was great and fixed my phone same day! Everyone I've run into here has been nice and know what they're talking about. I recommend the repair shop!

Excellent customer service. Wide variety of items in stock. The only supplier that had what we needed in stock when we needed it. Pricing is good and high quality products and brands.

Needed a vehicle key made, found what I needed on their website and was able to pay for it online. Then got a call from the store to verify that it was the correct key and schedule an appointment for programming. Went in the next day for programming and it was a pretty quick process. Their price was much better than the competition as well. Over all, I am very satisfied and highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs.

The people here are super nice. I do suggest talking to the gentleman over everybody else though. I always forget his name. Greg? Gary? I can't remember but if it helps he's the only guy I've seen there yet the rest of the staff I seen were females.hes outstanding. He's the reason I will continue to bring my business there and suggest everybody else to go there.

It was easy to make an appointment online. The price was about the same everywhere I checked but Batteries Plus had a coupon for booking online, so that was great. The guy who helped me was polite and did the work in slightly less time than promised. I hope my son doesn't demolish his screen again (insert eyeroll) but if we have issues with our phone screens again, we will be back. Thank you!

Great store has all types of batteries. Loved the customer service. So helpful and took time with me to help also told me an alternate battery I could use. Great store they know their way around batteries.
