I have come to enjoy my visits to my local Lowe's. Aaron, Jerry, Gio, and Omar are extremely helpful. No matter my needs, they offer consistent top-notch customer support. I greatly appreciate the level of support offered; it is the reason I return.

Faced with the daunting task of renovating my master bathroom, I had to order supplies. Howard and Eman provided exceptional customer service, guiding me through the process to not only select the right items but also ensure a seamless checkout. This high-level of stellar service is the primary reason I consistently choose Lowe's for all of my home improvement needs.

Shopped at Lowes today and had a great interaction with Ashley and Manager Aaron, both were helpful in assisting me in finding what I needed!! Ashley was great and Aaron was awesome I appreciate there customer service!!

I went to lowes today and needed help in electrical. I just wanted to leave a review so Lowes knows what an amazing employee they have. Helpful employees that greet you and make you feel welcome. Very clean and easy to find home improvement and painting supplies. I love the discount paint section you can find paint as low as 2.00 dollars for touch up projects. They even have discounts on curtains and drapes.

Another house project in the books. Lowe’s had all the lumber needed to extend, widen and replace the rotted wood from our previous deck. We shopped around but Lowe’s had the best deals. I’ll update when we stain and paint it, and add decor.

I had a great experience at this location. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ANTHONY! Last week he helped me tremendously and was extremely friendly and patient. I went in not knowing exactly what to get but he took his time with me, advised, and got whatever I needed even though I was a little indecisive with the vanities . He made my experience exceptional and everyone else I encountered as well was willing to help, great customer service here.

Convenient store hours. You can make duplicate keys without assistance. The machine makes the process simple. The video prompts take you from start to payment to finish.

I had to drive across town to Lowe's Home Improvement to get the color vanity that I wanted for our bathroom. When I arrived to Lowe's Home Improvement to do pickup, Brain from pickup was eager to help. He located my order promptly and I told him that I needed some assistance with my lumber. He said that he'd call someone in lumber and to go ahead and head over there. While I was looking for an item in the lumber department I was met by Brian, who tracked me down to let me know there was no one there in Lumber at the time. Now, Brian could have left it at that, but he told me not to worry that he would help me and he did help me with everything I needed with a smiling face. I went back to the customer service desk to talk to a manager to let them know and they said I should fill out a survey but the receipt that you get when you order online doesn't have the code to do the survey, so I bought a pack of peanuts so I could do a survey. Lowe's needs more employee's like Brian! I would drive across town every time, for that kind of customer service! Thanks Brian!

TYVON D. IS THE PAINTING MATCHUBG GURU! Please take this young man and make him the golden standard to color matching consultation. It took two attempts previously he got it right on the first try by simply showing me a color sample. Please give this man a raise he is a asset to Lowes home improvement PAINT department! God bless you I almost had to do it all over again! Amen!

Mrs.Ann in Plumbing is amazing!!! She was extremely helpful and such a delight. She helped us choose which sink to go with our vanity she went and got the vanity and everything that I needed for install without me even asking she had me ready to roll.... Now I’m sure Lowe’s demand Their employees to give Great Customer Service however what I experienced today with Mrs.Ann was over top of the line Customer Service. Still working on things for my bathrooms I will definitely only go to thus location to see Mrs Ann for my bathroom/kitchen/plumbing needs “even tho there’s one 6min away from!!! Mrs.Ann you Rock!!!!
