The LEGO® Store Concord Mills

We had an excellent experience this morning at the Concord Mills location with the store employee and store manager. They made my son feel very special for his birthday! Great customer service!!

We love this store so much! We come here every year on our way home from the beach because we don’t have one in our area. Nancy was an absolute delight, very fun, friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to get home and build my old red truck.

This is a great little store. A very nice greeter welcomes you in. There’s a lot of sets- but not overwhelming. It’s maybe not as amazing as other lego stores I’ve been to that had a lot more space and displays- but given the size they do a great job. The staff were all nice and asked if we needed help. Only thing I wish is they’d have some sale items or something from time to time- everything is retail price. But I get it- and honestly if they had sales I’d never be able to get a set anyway as it stays really busy. Worth the trip if you’re looking for a current set- but if you’re coming just to look at builds you may be disappointed.

My son loves to come here to play with Legos and get inspiration from the many displays. There are hundreds of sets, dozens of displays, and three different tables set up for kids to build and create. The staff are friendly and engaging without trying to push sales.

I stopped by the LEGO store to pick up a box of Legos for my and that's where the journey began. My son was so into their display, play area that he continued to play for over 2 hours. I offered him many times to get him a boxer to when he's ready to leave. After the first hour I brought him three boxes hoping that I could coerce him into leaving the store. He was not interested in the three boxes that I was. I asked him, "would you rather stay and play or take some home?". He chose to stay and play rather than having his daddy by him several boxes to take home with him. The store is very clean and the staff is extremely generous and helpful. I found a new place to take my son and it didn't cost me any money for him to have a great time. I am definitely taking him there again!!!

My son wanted to go in the store and see all of the Lego displays. I don't think I would have enough time left in my lifetime to assemble some of these humongous Creations. Quite interesting the time and effort that must have gone into designing the displays. Just as interesting is that you can buy individual pieces as well as prepackaged products. The is a very neat store in Concord Mills.

The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to help me find what I was looking for. While they didn't have the kit I was trying to find, they were quick to apologize for the inconvenience and point me in the right direction to get it (turns out the set was only available online). All in all I highly recommend this location.

Omg! I have never seen a Lego store like this! Was so excited and in total heaven. This 52 year old wanted to do some serious shopping but sadly, none of it would fit in my suitcase for the flight home! The staff was wonderful and totally sympathized with me lol

Great lego location. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The employee showed us all sorts of new items and added the extra details about them. It was a great visit. Our angels rangers from 12, 40 to 65 so this was awesome. She gave me some great ideas for Christmas. Definitely a must see!

We love this place. All the sales persons were very nice and helpful. Wish we had a place closer to us.

Lots of lego packs to choose from! The pick-a-brick wall is now open to pick your own (some sanitary rules do apply). I was able to find all the pieces (minus the rubber tires I ordered on Amazon) to make mini wall-e lego party favors for my son's upcoming birthday... All for less than $20! They did say the wall changes every time a piece runs out, but it had quite the variety to select from.

Awesome place with a great selection of the latest Lego sets. There's a pick-a-brick wall and a Minifigure building section for your specific needs and to let the kids play. The set prices are MSRP so look for special sales events or come in during build events where you can build and take a small set home for free.

Manger and staff were really great with kids.

First a little story. I recently moved and packed my prize possession the Lego hearse. During the move a piece was lost. It was a funky shape basically a headlight cowl. I decided to stop in and see if at any chance they would have it. I went in showed the gentleman the part. He said that is an odd shape I'll check in back 2 minutes later he had the part. I asked how much he said its yours no charge. Will def be back to buy a set in the future. Thank you so much for making my hearse complete again

Who can resist a Lego store in a town I've never been in? The staff here is amazing! Knowledgeable, with a pain for Lego, of product, and building!

I’m pretty sure the employee that rang me up was nancy. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel a lot better about not having my card ready. She made conversation and was super sweet:)
