This is truly a fantastic store like someone else said in their review.
The store is clean and nicely organized and the employees are all ready to help.
I had no idea they had such an amazing baby and children’s department.
I also really love the free people department. And recently popped into the home furnishings department and noticed they have Fiesta dinnerware. This would make a great bridal registry!
I highly recommend this store!

The store manager is really a true professional. He has old school ways that make the customers feel at home. I think he said his name is Frank. Love going to the store he really make you feel appreciated. He walks around the store stopping to talk to the customers and always asks if you need anything just let me know. What a guy.

Great place to find Stride Rite shoes. They even have a device to measure your shoe size.

The women who helped me at the Polo Cologne counter was outstanding! She knows the polo brand well.

They had a lovely Brahim shoulder bag on sale for $170. When it's regularly priced at +$300.

High quality clothing, good service and very clean environment.

My new store - nice and clean. Found a few sales but the best part is Associate Braden at the Estee Lauder counter. He's the best! I also bought some candles last week - "Oofos" are absolutely the best for my crazy feet.

Ms. Joan in the children's department was awesome! She helped us locate the perfect dress for my daughter.

It will be a long time before that happens. While shopping there , our home was burning to the ground and we lost everything. Now facing homelessness, my daughter and mother wore the things we bought from Dillard's proudly.

I moved to Charlotte in 2007. I'm originally from NJ, never knew how important Bra's can make you feel. My client told me to go to DILLARDS ask for Ms Bunny she only works Sunday's. I have never been so pleased with the service Ms Bunny has she has given me 8-10 years minus COVID,makes you feel so confident glamorous works with you one on one. I told her would come every FEBRUARY after taxes. I went this pass Sunday feeling down.......When I arrived She remembered me&that made my DAY, still gave me the best service as the first day we meet!!! I have told so many people they need to go see Ms Bunny truly Amazing. Working 16 hours today and feel awsome.

Had a fabulous experience here on Black Friday. We were in town from out of state and decided to go shopping at Northlake mall and had the best experience at Dillards. We went to a few other stores and were completely appalled. I applaud the staff at Dillards for being so helpful and keeping the store clean and tidy. We need more stores like this.

Ms Amelia😍 in Womans Undergarments Department is Absolutely🌹Phenomenal!!! She went above and beyond customer service!! I felt like she is Family!!! I will definitely go back just because of Ms Amelia!! I love😘you and thank you for making me feel Important and like I was the only person in the store💃

I visited Dillards in Northlake Mall and had an amazing experience!! The associate by the name of Bonnie assisted me and she was AMAZING! From start to finished she was very helpful! I was looking for a bra and that can be a very frustrating process but with her help I walked out with a bra I absolutely love! She helped me figure out exactly what I like and dislike and we were able to find the perfect fit!
