Great store .Clean all hot food are fresh.
Good customers service .
Is my spot all the time to get fresh coffee in the morning.

All the negativity has changed, great staff good music as you shop,(nothing with profanity) food is fresh or they will gladly make for you. And very clean. With in the past month now!

Always have great service and interactions w the staff here

Also it's a seven eleven and that's cool

Get gas somewhere else if you need to poop.. 😞

I'm a truck driver fighting a bit of a cold wanted some OJ and maybe some cough drops and goodies for the road.

Well apparently 24hours doesn't include being closed at 2am for cleaning. I used to work nights at McDonald's. We still had to have the drive thru open and ready to serve guests while cleaning up

Update.

So as I was finishing making this post I heard a loud noise coming from the parking lot. Now I left that area not more than three or four minutes ago and there is only a young lady there by herself.

So I circled back. Try to get a better assessment of what was going on. Didn't know if I need to personally get involved or call law enforcement or who knows..

Nope just a loud group of folks that we're right in to get the things they needed to get. And yet when I was there not a few moments prior I was turned away. I wasn't told hey we're momentarily clothes or cleaning we should be open here in about 5 minutes nothing.

All I know is I'm Puerto Rican... None of the people there looked to be Puerto Rican... Was this an example of racial bias 🤷

Drink machine is down 75% of the time,

Old food inside. Don't buy anything inside.

This is the worst 7/11 I've ever visited. I ordered mini tacos, 2 honey bbq chicken skewers, and some boneless wings. The tacos and the skewers were too hard to eat and the chicken was obviously badly burned. We asked to get the food remade since we had asked for fresh before ordering and the manager was quite rude and didn't want to remake it. We were there over an hour all together. The store was unsanitary and there was no ice for the Big Gulp drinks. Definitely won't be coming back to this store again.

The worst 7/11 in Charlotte. Mind you all of the locations is TRASH. No store attendant is ever there. Or working. They pretend to. In the day. Night time they lock the doors and hide in the back. It’s always an excuse to why they’re not open. One girl said she couldn’t open the store until the manager got there from South Carolina. It was 11pm on a Saturday.

Greeted the cashier but got no response. Asked her how she was doing but got no response. I said: ok then-- and then she took out her ear buds. She obviously couldn't hear me. I then used Google pay and thought it went through and went back to the truck and saw her come out looking around. I went back in and found out my payment did not process. I could have left but did the honest thing and paid properly. They never thanked me for being honest and coming back in to make sure I paid for my items. The young female cashier needs to learn it is not appropriate at all to be wearing ear buds while servicing customers. It's not customer service. She clearly didn't want to speak with me at all. Wearing ear buds is also not safe at all-- as someone could approach her from behind and she would be unaware. Please train your employees how to do customer service.

Open 24 hours is a LIE! it's 5:25am I been sitting in front of the store waiting on them to unlock the doors, I call they pick up n hang up on me.if they sleeping they need more help

I came to purchase lottery at 8:25 pm. And was rudely told. “Oh I closed the lottery machine”!!! Next!!! She screamed this at me in front of all the customers. I was so embarrassed. I thought lottery closed at 8:45??? The cashier there is very rude and needs to be properly trained.

Mika keeps drama in this store. I worked here when it was corporate. That girl is crazy. She just yelled out to the whole store that she’s not a slave and none of understood what was going on. This is the second outburst I have personally saw. Terrible. I know yal have cameras. Last time she was calling the police on a customer for nothing.

Tried to overcharge me and claimed it was sales tax. When i challenged them about charging 12% tax they said if i didnt want to pay that i could leave. So how many unsuspecting people are being ripped off in the name of sales tax?

The mens restroom was filthy and the toilet backed up. The women's was not working at all and they were directed to the men's room.

No mask required. Packed store with non mask wears.

Rude ghetto employees. They’ll hire anybody
