Awesome location!!! Employees are always so friendly!!! Restrooms are always clean and well stocked!!! And their fuel is excellent!!!

This is my daily stop! I could go anywhere else but Becky, Brian and Beth make it worth stopping!! All three genuinely great people always cheerful and personable making stopping after work when you dont fwel like it pleasurable. I have come to know them and they are always there to help. Beth and Becky both know my brands and my routine before I even have to tell them. Brian is an excellent manager from what I've witnessed and the store is clean and run smoothly and efficiently.
Great team you have there! They all deserve promotions for their kindness, hard work, and helpfulness and excelling above competition.!

Every single window washing station was empty, completely dry. Several had no squeegee and none had any paper towels available.
I expect my Shell stations to be equipped with these basic driver convenience supplies to help keep their customers safe on the road.
I planned this stop from about 200 miles away and was very disappointed.

Is the discount worth it? Not really when you factor in the "whack-a-mole does it work or doesn't it" condition the gas pumps are always in. About the only thing consistent with the station is the absence of window cleaner and paper towels at the pumps.

The entire store is just terrible now, found out the best worker was fired and no one will say why. I'm never coming here ever again and I would suggest others do the same, workers are lazy and the bathrooms were disgusting simply repulsive.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I stop in here most mornings for coffee. This morning. Every single coffee pot was empty, all 12 pots! Empty! The guy behind the counter, Toby or Tobey, was just sitting there playing on the phone without a care in the world! This is a blue-collar town, and a lot of people are up early in the morning and stop in for coffee, drinks, etc. Employees seem to have no worth ethic or just pass poor management! Do better, especially when you have the highest prices in town!

Gas pumps never work as they should. There seems to always be an issue with nearly half the pumps from card reader not working or out of order. Tall blonde was very rude when I mentioned the problems. I was a regular customer but it just isn't worth the hassle to shop here or to find a working gas pump!

I'm very unhappy with this place.
I went in for a disposable vape.
I asked for one at counter and was sold what I was told was a disposable. Well, it was not. I immediately took it back to counter at which I was told that it was against the law to take back. It was misrepresented

Daughter started working there and Manager made a physical advances on her, She reported​ to headquarters and they said, and I quote,"We need to just put this behind us". He still works there and 2 weeks later they told her she just didn't fit in, due to her going to highschool to class and not laying out and coming to a company meeting at 11am. Sorry but school first, Convince Store further down the priority list.

Very poorly management skills when management let's staff member (amy) according to name tag threaten customers an does nothing about it and walks off an allows other employees to put customers down calling names and trash talking something needs to be done like firing these people an starting fresh I would even fire management for allowing such behaviors
