Sandy's friendly and welcoming demeanor always puts me at ease despite dealing with my numerous large and often heavy boxes during my visits. She handles everything with efficiency and a smile that's so contagious! Her sense of humor adds the best touch to the entire shipping process, turning what could be a mundane task into a positive and enjoyable experience. It's not just about the packages; it's about the fantastic service Sandy constantly delivers. :) Kudos to Harrisburg UPS!!!

Ran to The UPS store today, (14 Jan 24) to print something off. Nate was so very helpful. I am not exactly Tech Savvy and I was doing this for someone else. I showed him what was needed and in under two minutes I had my needed item, all with Friendly Customer Service.

I went to the UPS Store tonight for notary services, after a UPS store in a nearby town was unable to provide electronic notary services. I arrived with 30 minutes left before closing on the weekend following Black Friday, so I was not expecting to be seen due to customer volume, but due to urgency, I went anyway. Gaby was immediately able to assist me and I was able to have my notary services. Even amidst the busy season, she was friendly and extremely helpful. There were no extra questions or concerns- just straightforward excellent work for a customer in need. I will be using her in the future for any important documentation needed.

I have used this location several times and I've always been pleased with the accuracy, efficiency and customer service. My review cut off here, I'm not sure why but I'm sharing what I remember because customer service was great. I was moving and had 2 items left; mail forwarded and return Spectrum equipment. I passed other UPS stores to come here because I've had good experiences with the staff here. When I drove up there was a couple guys outside on step ladders sealing up an extremely tall box. My first impression this day was Wow, they ship Everything! An employee was heading to the door so she held it open for me. Nate was standing at the counter and immediately got started with good morning how can I help you. Sounds unlikely but I'd been to several places in the last couple days and most didn't speak but Nate did. I appreciated his kindness and he cont'd with efficiency scanning my devices and reassuring me that Spectrum would know immediately that everything was returned. He asked if he could help with anything else as he handed me the receipt. I thanked him and his response was "Of course, you're welcome, have a great day". I asked for his name, scanned the QR code on the wall for reviews and thanked him again. He seemed surprised when I asked his name but for me customer service can be an overlooked profession and it's one of the most difficult because people are so unkind and trapped in their own world. Nate helped me with a simple task for him but a huge relief for me so I'm grateful. I hope the employees are treated well and appreciated because they're the reason this location thrives. BTW I had a text when I got in my car from Spectrum alerting me that my equipment had been returned 🙂 Thank you Nate!

I was in the store recently and was helped by Sadie. She was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. She made the process of mailing my returns and packages easy, painless and efficient! She was friendly and asked immediately how she could help me.

Well had a return to Amazon I was to take to Whole food thinking that Lowes food was the place but it wasn't so I seen the ups store went in told Sadie what was going on she jump in to help me so fast to cancel the return with Whole food so that they could accept it and return it for me that was so awesome and I was so thankful cause Whole food was 26 miles away. Thanks UPS STORE for having courtesy people thats willing to help. Customer for life

For 8 years I’ve been a customer of this UPS store. Great service every time; and employees have always been very knowledgeable, expedient, helpful and friendly. This is probably the reason why it’s always so busy. :-)

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this UPS Store to drop off a DVR box for Spectrum that my wait was very short bc they had more than a full staff on hand! I forgot it was like the busiest shipping day of the year, too! Much much better than recent yrs. Thank you! I’m

I always appreciate their kindness and helpfulness but today the young man (I didn't get his name) heard me talking about a thing my phone did when it updated and offered to fix it for me. After just a few minutes he put everything back where it belonged! It was totally not his job and he was packing boxes but made my week with his kindness.

The Harrisburg UPS store is amazing! They are always friendly and so helpful! I've used them for returns, mailings, scanning...every time I go in, they are able to support what I need. Thank you for being so customer focused!

Absolutely amazing staff at this UPS store. I've been here multiple times and every visit is a pleasant one. Even during the busiest hours everyone is polite, attentive, professional and very kind. Amira, Nate, Ishita, Divyesh, and the whole staff thank you for all your hardwork and positivity during this busy holiday season.

Amazing customer service. We go there for copies, printing, Amazon returns, Notary and everything else and if we don't really need any help, we stop by just to chat with the owner (that's how good this store is)! Glad to have such a store with great ownership right in our backyard. Keep up the good work, guys!

Very helpful..I barely had service to lookup the return code so they help me log into their guest WiFi. I was able to successfully mail out my packages.
