This is the best location I've ever been to! I found a really cool floating drawer for an affordable price! Can't wait to find more goodies in the near future.

Love this place, can't believe the prices and variety and so close to my house! We just bought all of our Xmas Tree decorations and only paid $85 for everything, 3 bags full. Pictures don't lie.

I very quickly needed to replace three pre-lit garlands and this store really came through for me. I especially want to call out Kayla and Melinda for quickly locating my items and helping me make sure they functioned correctly.

Manager guy was awesome helping out with picking up online bead purchases and bead/string returns. Didn't wait at framing counter more than a minute before being helped and I had several orders including one I placed just prior to showing up. Had lost my cane last week and he knew right where it was. Amazing service, cashier was awesome to for ringing up final store purchases.

Store where you go to for art and supplies. Friendly people and good staff there too. The one thing that my friend went there for you guys didn't have in stock so she was a little disappointed about. But overall Good store.

I have to say I go to Michael's quite a bit. I've been a customer of theirs for at least 30 years. They made some changes recently and I'm not real happy about it. They step you get there that you really like and you go back to get it and it's super hard to get again. Bead section used to be awesome and now actually I'm pretty disappointed. They have a lot of their brand stuffed and off-brand stuff that would be nice if they had more sterling silver products I wish they bring their beans back to the way it was there about half is what they used to have. However I do by a lot of other art stuff there and I and the staff is amazing. So definitely go there they're super sweet I just wish I'm not much for change

Since they reorganized the store, it's nice if a bit difficult to navigate - but that's only because I was used to it organized the old way. When you catch a sale, there're really great deals. Large selection of most crafty supplies. However, it's a pretty general selection - for instance, if you're really into jewelry making, you'd have to go elsewhere for the specialized findings.

I like them for what they are: a descent crafts store. The custom framing is very cost effective. I wouldn't take great art there. I have used them for stuff I've bought during my travels, and the staff is very helpful.

Today I needed a frame for a small painting of my mom's that had been knocked off a wall. It was of the 7' house in Amsterdam, and the matting and foam backing wasn't quite the right dimensions for the stock frame I'd chosen. They trimmed the foam backing for free, about a 1/16 of an inch.

Clean, well lit and organized store. They have a large range of crafting supplies; though they have a very limited selection for sewing... They do sell 1 yard long prepackaged pieces of cloth. Wood burning, cake baking, cloth dyeing...picture framing!

Overall, a large, clean, and well maintained Michael's store, and reasonably laid out. It would be nice if they had a larger selection of hanging display cases (to showcase pins, for example), and perhaps a nice, detailed map to quickly find things (but that's what the staff is for). In the end, we found all of the miscellaneous parts we needed, and the cashier was especially friendly.

I'm not a regular Michael's shopper, but I needed acrylic paint for a small project. The staff helped me right away even though it was rather busy. I quickly found what I needed and was at the end of a long line. I only had two small tubes of paint and was instantly perturbed! But not to worry, the line fairly zipped along and I found myself in front of a cashier who signed me up for a store membership and I was outta there quicker than I thought I would be.

Michael's has loads of crafting supplies and their framing department is top notch but they don't have enough registers open and depending on when you shop you can spend a lot of time in line. I have left without purchasing anything because the line was way too long. Also, they could spend some times making sure their rest room is clean. I've see gas station restrooms cleaner and better stocked.

Well-organized store, always has at least one 40% off coupon on any regularly-priced item, long straight queue to maximize social distancing. Great for all your crafting needs 👌

They sell Meringue in this store and sewing machines. These were items I was glad to find. Their sticker and coloring utensils are awesome. Not a lot of fabrics. They have more stuff for crafting and artwork.

Great place to find all kinds of crafts and art supplies. It's great they have online coupons that you can load up on your phone and Save on your days purchase. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable and willing to help.
