Outstanding store manager, for the second time I had an issue where the manager personally stepped in and ensured it’s all is well, including getting his hands dirty with a carpet washer. Much appreciated.

It's a welcoming store that doesn't have that soulless big corporation feel. It's my first choice when I need outdoor/home/building supplies. Selection is pretty good for the average person's needs (lots of stuff available, but usually only 2 or 3 options for each thing). The worst is when a bored employee comes up to "help" you and just keeps chatting and cannot be put off (lol) but that's just a sign of how many employees there are per customer. It's nice to see a business that's NOT desperately understaffed in a misguided attempt to save money.

It's amazing how much they can fit into a space so much smaller and "user-friendly" than Home Depot, and help is so easy to find, and cheerful and pleasant... it's a few minutes further but it's such a better shopping experience, it's always my first choice. The time I lose driving I make up with a quick in and out of the store... Unless I get distracted... and I almost always get distracted! 😄

The staff here are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you find what you're looking for.

We also used the Handyman service that they've recently started, and Richard came out and took a bunch of tasks off our todo list. He was kind, helpful and efficient. We couldn't be happier. Will be using the service again.

This place may not be as big as other large hardware stores, but it still is just as awesome! the size is actually perfect as they still carry a ton of stuff, but it's very well staffed and always easy to get help. Have wide variety hardware, batteries, and garden supplies. I love the large selection of grills and smokers. They also have a good selection of rubs and sauces. It's convenient that I can make a quick trip when I run out of something. Everyone is really helpful and super nice. It's clean and modern. Absolutely love having it in the neighborhood.

Had the pleasure of working with Dan when purchasing a new Stihl trimmer. He is very knowledge and made the entire transaction a very pleasant one.

I cannot say how appreciative my husband and I are to have such a great hardware store locally. It may not have quite the selection of a Home Depot but the customer service way more than makes it worth it.. I see other remarks saying it is fairly small. I think it is quite a decent size with phenomenal customer service. Thanks Ace! Will always be my first choice!

When was the last time you saw open stock screws, nuts, bolts? Odd sized furnace filters?
These guys are amazing. You wont find everything that is in the 'big box' stores, like Home Depot or Lowes, but if they do have it, it is likely better. HIghly recommended.

Polite and helpful staff. Choices of different brands than the big box stores. Great choice of fasteners and hard to find hardware. Prices in general slightly higher, but in a few occasions lower. Rebate coupons based on previous month purchases. They provide local jobs. Easy parking.

I came into the store to buy wire fencing to wrap around and protect my veggie garden. There was a mixup Getting my item and the store manager went out of his way to get the item in another location and delivered it to me personally. And he gave me one additional item - just because. I will always recommend this store for all of my hardware needs.

After failing to find the screws I needed at Home Depot (actually buying the recommended screws that did not work), I tried here. They spent the time necessary to find the right size screws to fit the steel pieces I needed to screw together. I also went there to get a key duplicated. They did not have the right key blank, but referred me to a local locksmith they said would. I went to that locksmith and they had it. As a relatively new resident, I appreciated the referral. Their customer service is excellent and I go here first now.

Not from the area, however I always try to find time to stop here. Employees are very friendly and helpful, I was asked at least 2 times if I needed help finding anything, which I did, and they took me to the exact spot I needed to be in every time. Big boost is its been family owned many years, always love small business over big.

The staff is very helpful and go beyond the level of customer service I've experienced elsewhere. The store looks great and is well organized. The woman who was working in the garden center was very nice and extremely helpful.

The staff has always been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While it is a smaller hardware store I've been surprised to find some niche items there.

Great customer service - always a friendly face ready and willing to help and/or answer questions. Much bigger and nicer store than one would expect when looking at it from the outside.

Everything you want in a smallish hardware store. Well lit, clean, friendly, one of everything.

If you live in the area stop going to Home Depot.

Staff is very helpful. The selection is quality. Especially the screws and fasteners. Everting for the most part is as marked.
