Family Dollar

This is my neighborhood store. The staff are like close friends now. They are friendly, fun and personable. I am very concerned with the increase of crime directed at this store. They need more security and live patrols. There have been two violent incidents in a very short amount of time. It makes me fear for the safety of the employees.

I like this FDS the most out of a the FDS in my area. It's never crowded. The store is neat and parking lot is not shared with multiple stores, therefore it is clean and spacious. They usually have 2 or 3 clerks/cashiers. That's good for the customers and it feels safer for employees. I have been in stores where they only had one clerk in entire store. Im scared for their safety. But this one is nice!

GIVE MARGIE A RAISE She was very professional there about 20 people in one line and she was the only cash register open had a great attitude thanked people for their patience and manage both registers all by herself good customer service thank you Margie!🥰

Five Stars for friendliness. Customers really appreciate the warm and welcoming staff. While they may not always have the trash bags I need, I will always return on the strength of the service.

I love the location the customer service is always good the store is always clean and they use to play really good music (90’s R&B) when you walked in had me in a great mood and wanting to stay and shop lol I’m not sure what happened but they definitely need to bring that back

They Are really awesome they need to learn how to answer the phone! they don’t ever answer the phone, especially for people who have to walk it’s very inconvenient.......
