The UPS Store

Just spoke with Donna at my local UPS store. She was very sweet and very kind! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made my shipping experience enjoyable. Her coworker also was very sweet and we had wonderful conversation. I have been using this location for many years, and will continue to come and ship from this location in the future.

Natalie & Michelle gave Great customer service. I called the store and Natalie answered because I needed my husband's picture frame boxed up for Christmas. She was amazing over the phone. I came to the store and Michelle and Natalie greeted me again with customer service. They help me so much to save money and to pack my husband's Christmas gift. I thank you both very much and you made this holiday special.

Donna & Natalie are the best! They made sending a package out to my family at such a strenuous time of the year a breeze! More UPS stores should hire gals like them! Customer service at the finest! Donna and Michelle spent a considerable length of time with me, as I was having difficulty printing a mailing label. Their expertise with technology and patience, while very busy, was commendable. My thanks and appreciation to the UPS Store in Wellington for helping me mail out a return package.

This team is awesome. I had to send a package out today and there was an irrate women in there making a scene. For no real reason. Unreal. Made me want to write this review.

Front desk service was quick and easy, one employee in particular, Starr, was a great representation. Made my shipping process a lot easier, usually it's always a bit more time consuming at the us postal.

I just recently switctched from a Usps box to using the ups store. It has been a great experience so far the staff is very helpful and and hard working. The one employee that is always very helpful for me is Melanie. She always greets me when I walk in the store. She is always hustleling around the store by herself helping everyone at once. Very good multi tasker! I’m glad I switch to the ups store for all my business packes now. I recommend this store because the of the staff and efficecy.

Not sure of the 1 star review below but I was just in last week and was pleased with the service, I was greeted warmly and they were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely be back for all my shipping needs!
