Tray’s exemplary customer service makes this my preferred UPS: he’s helpful, polite, professional, takes the initiative (held open the door for mom struggling into the store with a stroller). His kind, wholesome personality is refreshing!

This is one of the most friendly store, Erhan the clerk was amazingly helpful in helping navigate the complicated Amazon return process. He was extremely patient and kind. They do take customer service very seriously.

I wanted to get my package, with very important documents up to NY asap. Jessalyn, at store 6304, at 13860 Wellington Trace did a fantastic job in getting this accomplished. She provided me with all the options I needed to make this happen. From the various UPS services and on to the USPS services. She really knows her job inside and out. I would hope that this UPS company has levels of advancement for this skilled professional! If not, I' m sure the competition would be able to use such a superior and excellent worker. I know from what I speak as I spent my career in the shipping business.

Perfect location! I routinely get off of work around 5-5:30 and the place across the street is always closed by the time I get there. UPS is open until 6:30 which is perfect && on the way home to drop off any amazon returns or if I need to mail out anything I sell via ebay.

When online to make an order for 10 of the same documents to be printed for same day pickup ASAP but the site generated a pickup time for next business day by early afternoon. Called UPS store-6304 spoke directly with Jessalyn Bailey she was extremely helpful. She advice she can have the documents ready for me within 5 minutes to pick up same day and to just send the documents directly to the store email address she provided. Smooth transaction, I was in and out within 2mins. Thanks you Jess!! 😁👌

They two UPS employees were very welcoming. Jonathan helped me send important docunemnts in a careful and easy manner, whyll giving great customer experience . The other employee named Shanisia had a smile with every customer she tended too. I would highly recommend trusting your items with them.

I procrastinated and needed a very large banner printed for an event one week away. Mark (the owner) took my call and was very helpful and eager to help us get the banner sized and printed to perfection, with a rush order for on time delivery. He even called to make sure it arrived on time. This family owned business has been in our community of over 20 years, and service like this is the reason why.

Jonathan was a huge help with getting my granddaughter's birthday present packaged and sent on time. He reviewed all the pricing options with me. My granddaughter's present arrived on time in perfect condition and she was thrilled with it. Thanks Jonathan!
