AT&T Store

Our salesperson was great, patient, helped me update my plan and helped pick the best phone for my Mom. He was amazing!

For starters i wanna thank both Frank and Victoria for being extremely helpful, i ended up breaking my phone the previous day, came in the following day to upgrade, both associates were very helpful. i got all the help i needed and then some, i highly recommend working with this At&t store/associates. I was very satisfied with my visit, and ran into 0 issues. Thanks Again!!!!

The customer service I received from Omar was outstanding. Being a little older and not phone savvy he was patient and kind! Thanks for making my experience amazing!!!

New Berlin, WI 53151 was absolutely amazing and beyond knowledgeable about every question we had no matter how odd or out of his realm it may have seemed to us. Unfortunately we had to go back in the same day but due to nothing that was in franks control (it was a T-Mobile issue) and he still offered above and beyond helpful service. I recommend anyone young or old, inexperienced or very experienced to ask for frank and will without a doubt receive the best service at any phone store you’ll end up finding. Cannot thank him enough for today! Made everything seem-less with high spirits throughout the whole process! Never met a harder worker or a nicer guy, if there was ever a time for this saying it would be with frank, (this guy deserves a raise!) Thank you again!

Kaitlyn Z was absolutely amazing! I put off upgrading because tech is not my thing. She explained everything in an easily understandable way. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She helped me understand how to set up my new phone and made sure I understood how to use it. Best store experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been a customer for 10 years!

I have consistently gotten great service at this AT&T store but today set the bar even higher. Andrew, working alone, was fabulous at meeting the needs of several customers in the store. He was patient, thorough and kind throughout the whole experience. His knowledge of plans and products is stellar and he demonstrated the ability to give great service to all. His passion for doing his job well is very evident. Way to go Andrew!!

Collin and Joshua were absolutely fabulous! They spent 2.5 hours working with me. They were honest and patient with as well as I struggled between Galaxy and iPhone! Collin asked about my cable and actually took time to get me a better deal with a different service. I am left a happy customer.

I recently visited the New Berlin AT&T store transfer my old phone to the new one and had a very positive experience. Andrew was incredibly helpful and explained everything that was happening and the time needed for each step. (very knowledgeable/tech savvy) I walked away with my new phone complete with all my current information from the old phone. Including work email which was critical. Thank you, Andrew!

The new store manager is beyond outstanding.
I always dreaded coming into to store before .
I stopped 2 days in a row and was welcomed and assisted never feeling my questions were stupid.
He was caring, concerned and extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the products.
He was able to multi task ensuring everyone was greeted!

Phone support took over 10 hours through a week to reach no conclusion. Guy at the store took about a hour total between 2 stops and fixes everything that was an issue... because phone support created the issue.

So more people that are as knowledgeable as the staff at this location and there would be substantially fewer complaints. Always come here before dealing with phone support because it is fast, cheaper, actually gets the issue fixed, and is all around a better process. Since 2000 the store has fixed every issue over the years. Phone support solved 2 by comparison- which still required a store visit.

Such an amazing experience. I went in with trouble syncing my phone to my car and Collin was able to fix it quick and easy! If you need any help with your phone ask for Collin. Josh was also a delight. Happy and satisfied customer!

Andrew B. was amazing! The store was jam-packed on Sunday and he was the only employee working. He managed to work with several customers simultaneously and never lost his patience or humor. The wait was longer than we wanted, but that's a staffing issue. We can't thank Andrew B enough for his help yesterday.

I bought my new iPhone today and I had many questions. I worked with Collin and he was so great to work with. He was so patient, so kind. I did not feel rushed to make any purchase. He answered all of my questions and I bought my new IPhone!

The new manager Kaitlyn is the absolute best! Great service & very knowledgeable! Overall look and feel of the store has drastically improved since the old staff has left. I highly recommend this store location to anyone! :)

Collin was our customer service person and he was excellent! He was the only person working and he had 3 customers in the store. He managed to keep everyone happy with different steps in the process. Very efficient, knowledgeable and so professional!!

Tom, at the store, his perseverance is beyond belief! Didn't lose patience, didn't fret the unprecedented challenges he faced on our account. Extremely pleasant experience after a not so pleasant experience from the online customer care team. I was about to call it quits on 2 brand new lines and move over to Verizon. Guess who saved that from happening? TOM!

Andrew K and Kailey sold me a new Apple iPhone
My old phone was 10 yrs old and we ran into an exceptional amount of difficulty transferring my data. Many attempts were made by other employees at the New Berlin store over 2 days. It was Andrew K (manger) who very diligently was successful in transferring my data. As a healthcare worker my phone contacts and work related information is essential!!! Amazing customer service! Had an issue that I couldn't resolved by phone so went in and Lukas helped. He was very patient and knowledgeable when connecting with ATT support to help resolve the issue. This is the second time Lukas has given me great support.
