AT&T Store

Went to AT&T store on 441 in Wellington. Call ahead to make sure they had products in stock and spoke with Roberto who was awesome in getting me the best deal possible. The manager King was very helpful in setting up my son’s phone. And new watch. Great group of sales people and management at this store I will forever be a loyal AT&T customer

I walked into AT&at today and was greeted by a wonderful lady named Ray. I informed Ray what I needed and she kindly walked me threw all the available information. She gave me a sense of honesty that I never feel when looking for something to buy.She found me the best plan and the best time to order it. She was very pleasant and understanding. I wish all sales people could be like her. I also had King ( store manager) walk over just to check in to see if he could help. King double checked. This was a perfect experience at AT&T. Thank you Ray & King.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. All of the consultants were with other customers at the time. I was asked to be seated. Consultant Darduini assisted me within 5-7 mins. Darduini was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and explained each of the products I was interested. I felt confident in my upgrade choice because of Mr. Darduini

I went in with my girlfriend to do a trade-in for her phone, and I also got a new iPhone 15 pro max. Alex helped us and he was great very timely and I will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases

Roberto Sarres was our Sales Rep at the AT&T store in Wellington, Florida. We purchased two iphone Pro Max 15 phones from him. He was very professional, friendly and highly competent. He set up our phones after they were delivered and took the time to answer all of our questions. He is a credit to AT&T. I was Vice President of Sales for two major companies and Roberto is type of salesperson I would want working for me in my organization.

Every experience we have had here has been the best of the best! From being greeted by King to Tristen taking care of us, we have never had an issue here. We have bought 4 watches and multiple iPhones here and would not go anywhere else. We just recently had to bring in a watch that wouldn’t sync to cellular and King remember me by name from months ago upon arrival and Tristen was able to fix the watch in no time! Thank you guys!!!

5 stars for everyone who was working early shift on 10/17. I wish I knew all of their names but Tristen was my associate and he was the best.

Tyler was stellar. His hands on service and patience with getting my phone number ported was top notch. He went the extra mile to confirm the port was successful and put me to ease knowing there were no problems that would arise. He gave information on how to save money with switching our current internet service for a comparable class of service. Total savings would account for over a thousand a year. I cannot express enough what a great experience it was being helped by Tyler and the Wellington staff here. A+ 10/10 would do again.

Went to the store to switch from Xfinity to AT&T. Great staff and store. Extremely, friendly with superior customer service skills. The retail consultant Ray Gomez-Araoz took time on her day off to call and assist making sure my in-home installation was completed. I would recommend this store and staff to everyone! Thank you,!

Today I was taken care of by Jamique at Wellington green mall and he went above and beyond to trouble shoot my iPhone not turning on! I had driven in 3 hrs from Sarasota and did not look forward to possibly having to replace and wait hrs for phone. He gave me options upfront, was friendly, patient! Sent me to Apple Store then back and problem resolved! Thank you so much! I don’t live here anymore so wanted to spend day with family not all day at store and Jamique resolved my issue in less than half hour! 😊🙏🏼
