I visit this store all the time it is very organized, and clean but today on 1/19/2024 I left very upset because the cashier named Nasir lied about how much money I gave him for my groceries in which came up to $7.38 mind you I counted out $8.00 handed it to him I turned away to put my ph# in for my saving went back to him just for him to say I gave him $7.00 which was a bald face lie and I told him no I gave you $8.00 but to not get outright ugly with him I paid for my item with a $10 bill left and called the manager she was nice enough to say come back I'll give your $1.00 back, bring receipt I'll run camera, but I was too upset to go back, I'm actually pissed off because these young folks are finding ways and every opportunity to take people's money, but karma will find him! Please be careful when spending cash because they're finding ways to earn money on a daily instead of waiting for their paycheck. I'm pissed off please don't steal from me life is hard enough. I frequent this Winn Dixie location since it is conveniently located just around the corner from my current residence. I love this store. Management runs a tight ship and the associates take customer service seriously. Meats are usually what I get when I come here. Use those Winn Dixie rewards! Download that app! It comes in clutch.
P.S.There is this senior citizen who works at customer service sometimes and she has 0 personality and bare minimum customer service skills but nowhere is perfect.

I got some canned beans here. I bought several variety. Some were better than others. Seasoned beans are really good. Sometimes the portions are too big so I need to eat elsewhere. I only have one more word on the matter. Shopping here is great on Tuesdays after Labor Day.

I do not regularly shop Winn-Dixie. I stopped in to in to check it out. Brand new and very organized! All the fresh vegetables by all means....FRESH👍

Have not visited a Winn Dixie store in quite some time but stopped by to pick up some items for sick daughter who lives near this store. Store was well lighted and clean and I was cery impressed with the fresh fruit and vegetable section. I was able to find what I needed easily. I did not interact with any employess until I used the self checkout which was a little different than the ones I have used in other stores. The employee who came over to help was friendly and patient. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Newly renovated was much needed, store is so different now! They always have only 2/4 self checkout lanes open though, they should have all 4 open and never do...only suggestion currently

No matter what time I go to this store,... Its always neat and clean. I see that they e added a few new products as well as a couple of changes to the store. Nothing major just a few adjustments and a couple of things got moved around but over all this is a good place to shop. Produce is always fresh and the prices haven't gone up much like some other places. Its hardly ever crowded here either every time I shop. Great customer service anytime I need help finding something. For me,... Its always a great experience to shop here.🌀

This place is becoming my favorite place to purchase groceries and other items. Employees are very friendly and always smiling, always there to assist you. The store is very clean and shelves are well stocked

Store is exceptionally clean, merchandise on shelves are perfectly organized so you can find what you're shopping for easily. Great place to get your groceries. A little disappointed in the pricing continues to rise like all of the other stores in the area.

We shop at this location every week I was looking for a item I ask a few of the associates they seemed that I was bothering them so I went around the corner and there was Sonya she was so sweet she went out of her way to find what I was needing she was so kind and very helpful I hope her . Manager sees this post and realizes what a awesome employee she is thank you Sonya..

This Winn Dixie is excellent; everything was nice and clean, very organized, and spacious I had the pleasure of being helped by a very nice man Andrew he made my visit absolutely wonderful he helped me out and throughout my time, I saw him helping others as well very polite young man the very reason I am leaving this review is because he has Amazing customer service.

I love the new remodel Winn Dixie did! Much brighter and cleaner looking. Looking really modern inside. Also they have great deals on items as well.

I have to write this. I take this place for granted, but it's time I give the props where they're way over due. We have been coming here for years. This is probably the cleanest and best managed grocery store I've ever seen. The staff is always friendly and clean, they're always busy doing something, the stores' prices are fantastic, the freshness of the food is awesome and I can't say enough about the place. We've always received awesome service and I can't imagine how they keep this up for years. It actually seems to be getting better as time goes on. This store is customer service focused like no other Winn Dixie I've ever been to. There's no better Winn Dixie out there than this. All other Winn Dixie stores could learn from you. I attribute the success of this store to the management. They manage their employees, they hire good help, they maintain service and cleanliness as a top priority and the prices and quality of the food are amazing. Your employees are skilled, fast and deliver service with a smile. I know it's hard to keep this up and make it look effortless, so, good job guys! It was the day before Thanksgiving. Everyone on the staff was helpful. The manager saw my expression of clueless searching. He twice circled past and asked what I was looking for! Immediately directed me to the right aisle!
