If you go to a different Verizon store you have got to be crazy. They have by far the best reviews for a reason. This is by far the best Verizon store you will ever go to. They know all the best deals and the ways for you to save money and get as many perks as possible that all the other Verizon stores don’t even know about. Go in and ask for Jason. He is such a pleasure and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the ABSOLUTE best deal for the Lowest price possible. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Mike is amazing! He was super patient and kind with my very antsy 8 year old, and really helped us figure out what to do after launching my phone from a roller coaster 🤦‍♀. Went above and beyond to help! Wouldn’t mind if he remembered my number, either 🫢

Jason was amazing! He was friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. He helped my wife and I get the best possible deals for what we wanted. We are so happy we made the switch over to Verizon!

Jason went out of his way to provide outstanding service and made me feel proud to be a Verizon customer. He lowered my bill and got me 2 perks for less than what I was paying outside of Verizon. Mike also showed how charismatic he can be by showing enthusiasm to assist Jason and making me feel like family.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jason who helped me with adding my partner onto my plan. He was quick, efficient, polite, and very laid back. My biggest anxiety is feeling pressured by the person assisting and I didn’t feel that way working with Jason. He was extremely understanding and great to talk to. I shattered the case on my phone. Tried to order online unsuccessfully and ended up at the store. Jason Stewart bent over backward to fix my order. I returned two days later to pick up/ transfer my phone. Jason handled 3 clients while my phone transfer continued. My bad online experience changed to an exceptional in person experience. Thanks, Jason. Job well done

Went to see Jason about switching from T-Mobile to Verizon and some promotions they had going on, he was incredibly thorough in explaining the billing and transfer process and made it SO easy for us to switch. He also found so many discounts for us to bundle phone and internet plans, which made our combined package of two phones, smart watch, and internet less than we were currently paying for just our phones alone! Jason was also so incredibly personable and really went above and beyond to help us, activation and getting all our new devices took awhile and he had to stay late but didn't seem upset at all. We will definitely be recommending Verizon, this store and Jason to anyone wanting to switch!

Jason and Mike help to save the day. I am flying to Cleveland tomorrow and a broken phone was not going to work. I was stressing about breaking off a charger in my phone and rushed over to Verizon in Temple Terrace. I ran in and find out that in store repairs are no longer was a thing 😩. Thank you that did not apply to my situation or circumstance. They were able to fix my problem as well as gave me a great deal on a liquid glass screen protector.

FABULOUS SERVICE! Mike and Ruthann were AMAZING! I was so disappointed with AT&T the last few years so I decided to switch over to Verizon. I’m so satisfied with the home internet so why not add my phone? Really excellent customer service. I highly recommend Verizon in Temple Terrace.

Had a small issue with a phone claim and this was the 2nd Verizon store I’d been to. I was not expecting a much different outcome from my first store visit but luckily Jason was working. He was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Overall a very pleasant experience.
