Went summer shopping yesterday and Thank You to Raul and another young lady unfortunately forgot her name they helped us with online order since they where out of stock with certain shorts my husband wanted . Cashier no. 2952368. Love Old Navy

The store is inviting and the customer service is excellent. My family and I visited the store on July 21st. We were having difficulties finding appropriate size in uniforms and had questions regarding the sales that were going on and questions with member rewards/hot cash. A sales associate by the name of Diana took care of us. She was kind, friendly and super helpful. She did not hesitate to help us and answered all of our questions, I was that annoying customer that had 1,000 questions, but never once did she feel annoyed or made us feel that way. She answered all of our questions and we felt cared for. Diana thank you for the excellent customer support, for being helpful and informative.... wink wink a raise wouldn't be bad!

Found out that if an item is on sale online. They have to honor it at the store. Yeah you all probably knew that already, but thanks to a fellow customer, I know now too!
Just paid less the $5.00 for a pair of pants!!

I LOVE old navy. Always have and now that I am pregnant I have fell I love even more. They have such a variety of clothing and the prices are unbearable. I also use old navy often for ‘blanks’ for my custom apparel at the lowest prices with the best quality. My newborn boy will be dressed in old navy from birth on and I can’t wait!

This is an AMAZING Store!!! Especially through COVID Times. What can I say? The store is inviting and the customer service is above par. These associates work hard and it shows. They deserve the utmost respect and recognition. This is my go to store and brand and they have everything my family desires. The quality is excellent. This whole store from management, to lower level associates are what this country needs during these dark times. They show how people can come together and pride themselves on great work, hands down.

I was literally the last customer in the store. I had a return, exchange and purchase. Yes that annoying customers that waits until you're closing to come in. I had just gotten off and made it. Anyhow, Nicole, took care of me with a smile on her face like I was the first customer of the day and not the last one. I appreciated her customer service and willingness to help. THANK YOU NICOLE!

Clean, organized, and a really well put together store. The deals are unbeatable if you're looking for basic clothes option. I got sandals a shirt and shorts to get myself Beach ready for under $20

Easy curbside pick up, just in front of the store there are two reserved spots, can't miss them. Very friendly staff during the pandemic times.

Service staff are very helpful. Online orders provide pickup at the closest location or it can be mailed. Well stocked, clean; sizes ex-small to triple X.

Went in to see if I liked any of the dress sale items. Not for me, unfortunately. Great quality clothes.

We love ON!!!! I can always find something to treat myself with... parking can be a drag. Just be patient. Sneakers were on sale for $10--love them!
