The purpose of my post today is to publicly thank Colleen for her professionalism and finely tuned customer service skills 👍 My family and are frequent customers and she always represents CVS with a positive brand image for consumers. Thank you again and it is always a pleasure to do business with CVS and Colleen 😊

Bruce McCarthy is awesome! He really helped me out today with a prescription predicament. He is friendly, patient and attentive. He greets most everyone by name which is really nice. I appreciate his dedication to his patients/customers. He is a rare find and I hope he gets recognized for all his hard work!

Scheduling my covid vaccine and then receiving it was a great experience. Very organized process got me in and out ahead of schedule.

I wanted to share some praise and thanks for the pharmacy team at CVS store #338. My mother had just been discharged from the hospital after having a stroke, and because of a mixup on my part, I needed to request the help of the pharmacy team at this CVS on very short notice, right before closing time. The pharmacist (Bruce) and pharmacy tech (didn't get her name) were helpful and managed to turn around the multiple new prescriptions that my mom needed in super fast time. They were kind and really helped me and my family during what continues to be a very scary part of our lives. I regularly visit this CVS pharmacy for my own prescriptions, and I plan to continue to do so, and to recommend the store to friends and neighbors any chance I can get. I believe Bruce and his colleague deserve praise and recognition for this experience, and I'm thankful to have them as part of the community.

Experienced, helpful, and knowledgeable team of pharmacists/techs. Had the best experience with this store last night. The manager, Bruce, went above and beyond what most people do. His team were also very friendly , provided great service and made for a great experience. Thank you to Bruce and your CVS Rx team!

Reagan was great even helped me pick out the right cocomelon toys for my 4 year old sister

My daughter forgot to pick up her RX and really needed it. She called the pharmacy at 8:57pm to find out when they closed. The lady said 9:00pm. My daughter hung up. The pharmacist called back and said he would wait on her to just come through the drive thru because the cage was already up on the inside. My daughter drove there right away, it took her 5 minutes. My daughter is home now and happy. This pharmacist went above and beyond. I am thrilled that people like him still care and provide excellent customer service. I dont know his name but thank you !!

I have gone to this CVS for years.They r wonderful,compassionate caring,helpful. I would never change to any other pharmacy. 🙂🙃🙂🙃😃😊😊😊

It's a great store all the employees are very nice specially the front cashiers the pharmacy I agree they always do everything the help get the payment down lower if my insurance wasn't working I have a GoodRx and they're always polite and very nice that's the only CVS I go to and I live in Souderton and I hate Souderton CVS they're ignorant and rude

Top rate people, not all CVS'S are the same, I go way out of my way to go here, the CVS that is close to me is useless, they act like I'm bothering them, that's the pharmacy part anyway, you get the "hairy eyeball" from the head pharmacist,

Everytime I have a prescription filled the staff is always helpful and courteous, especially pharmacist Mccarthy.

Super Duper Pharmacy with very helpful employees. Always stocked, clean, reliable, and not super busy. Whoop Whoop.
