Starbucks

When we moved to Landsdale, PA, Starbucks was first on my list as it has been my go-to Coffee House for over 13 years. To my surprise, it actually outdid my previous Starbucks with its customer service, friendliness, knowing my name, as well as my Chihuahua service animals name. The store is spotless and every barista goes above and beyond. It is a wonderful feeling when you walk in somewhere and you are greeted by your first name. Not only that but my white chocolate mocha latte is a complicated recipe due to my specifications and they already know what I am going to order and begin getting it ready. They have a large array of products, tumblers, coffee beans, French Presses, keychains as well as delicious food. They also recommend different beverages for me to try. They have never failed in making any of my beverage’s perfectly. Jen and Nora, the store managers are amazingly outgoing, friendly, personable as well as being professional. I highly recommend you visit this Starbucks. Also, their teas are outstanding as well. Thank you.

I love this Starbucks! Even when they are slammed with customers, they are always working hard and keeping a smile on their face. I witnessed a not so happy customer today being absolutely ridiculous with the workers and they handle it with grace and precision. I will definitely be back!

Clean and spacious location. Very friendly staff. Spent a few hours here while waiting for my car to be serviced at a nearby auto shop. Both indoor and outdoor seating (shaded during the morning through at least early afternoon). Good WiFi connection and perfect spot to get some work done.

Note: as of 7/27/21, every other indoor table was closed for safety and social distancing. So if you plan to work there for a while, get there early to grab a spot.

Back to loving this location after the pandemic since there are newer nicer baristas!!!!!!
I love the newer look of the openness. Needs a little more love of wiping up the napkin area and trash but other than that. It’s great to be back.

Good location. Drinks are always correct and workers polite. Comfortable atmosphere.

This location is amazing and cozy for all seasons. I used to spend a lot of my late mornings/early afternoons here enjoying a coffee and podcasts before work. Since I travel on foot and prefer to get head starts on my days, I needed a spot to relax and unwind until my shift. The staff here are all so pleasant and take time to personalize my experiences. They greet me by name upon entry and departure. And their barista skills are on par !

Cafe was nice and staff were friendly. Got my order right, what more can I ask for!

Today they were slammed and short staffed and the two people working there this morning were amazing! I was so impressed how the two of them kept their cool, hustled, thanked everyone for their patience, apologized for the wait, and kept customers in the loop of what orders were almost ready. I hope they get acknowledged for being exemplary employees!

My mom and I always come here almost everyday. I have autism and anxiety, everyone is always kind and understanding. I really enjoy coming here and they also do a great job making my drink.:) Thanks so much for making us feel welcome!

New review. This store is full of the best Baristas on the planet. I've found most Starbucks have kinda snobby employees. These guys and gals, are so kind and so cheerful yet not fake. The coffee is perfect. They know me and treat me with allot pf love and respect as well as my son. The managers are people i would hire in a second!

Good service as always at this location. Parking lot can be hit or miss as it's not very big but for some reason everybody's cars are huge lol.

I am a regular customer at this store and every single time I come in here I experience excellent customer service. I'm greeted by name, and the service is very fast. The employees are so friendly and I'm always leaving with a smile on my face. Ricardo always has a positive attitude which I greatly appreciate. What a great way to start my work day!

I worked at this location for 5 years and left in November 2021. I still come here to get my coffee, and even the new baristas treat me with love and respect. I'm glad to see that this store has worked to keep its culture.

Very nice baristas working there! I left my purse there by accident and they took good care of it until I could pick it up. Very trustworthy responsible people work there. Ashley was very helpful. Really great Starbucks location!

After 2 years of going to many different franchises and getting the same drink made differently, I will only go to this location. Stephen and John are amazing and ALWAYS make my drink perfectly, everyone here is always kind, always on point and I won't go anywhere else. Awesome job guys

Of course it's a great place where you can enjoy their coffee, and for me, their hot chocolate, which I was introduced to by someone who gifted me with a present of their chocolate assortment. And I've been hooked ever since. As a Penn Alumni Interviewer, I also use it as a place I interview prospective students who are interested in matriculating at the University of Pennsylvania. The place is congenial, and people friendly.
