CVS

Went in to get a passport photo for an appointment early in the morning, in and out. Dan was amazing and was so kind. He knew exactly what he was doing and the process was breezy.

So everyone is short staffed so take a breather kids...I went to CVS to pick up some Perscriptions, I called around 745 and asked of I could Pick them up before work around 8:45. If it weren't for the 2 people Manning the pharmacy counter the pharmacy would have been closed.

The girl who rang me out was obviously out of place and didn't know her way around but not ONCE did that affect her service.

With the phones ringing and the line piling up I myself would have overdosed on anxiety....not this gal, she didn't bat an eye. I love stuff like this, I hope she crushed it today, I really do.

Anyway, I love CVS, now even more so, please give her a Christmas bonus or promote her to training manager....she'll KILL IT.

I couldn’t do the survey from the receipt so I’ll do it here. This pharmacy is consistently awesome. No matter how busy they are. John, in particular, gives special attention to how everything is billed, and provides exceptional customer service to everyone, in a calm and efficient manner. Just observing him and the rest of the team, they are a well oiled machine. I think there isn’t a permanent pharmacist there right now, but everyone makes do and never compromises on anything when it comes to looking after customers.

Very helpfull during this pandemic there staffers go beyond there call to help people. The top people that run this pharmacy are doing a amazing job getting through this tough time. This should by the model for future generations of pharmacys. The manager is good at what he does!!!!!

The staff in the pharmacy here are simply amazing. In particular Amanda (Amanda is one of the best) (pharmacy technician); Brett (Pharm.D), Brian (Pharm.D) and another pharmacist but I can’t rekekber their name. My medicine is hard to find and I have very rare and extremely painful / life controlling disorders and this pharmacy, especially the three aforementioned enoloyeee, ALWAYS snake sure I’m taken care of. They are so caring and attentive that they apologize if they don’t recognize your voice when you call in.

The pharmacy is by far the best that I’ve worked with, and I have been to all three in the Cheektowaga pharmacy traffic circles. I really appreciate everything they do to make sure everything is okay when taking your meds. Thank you!

CVS on Kennsington Avneue in Amherst has the friendliest staff of any CVS I've been to....Need a good store for quick pick up items and a top notch pharmacy???...Then CVS on Kennsington Avenue in Amherst is the best place to go hands down...

I come here mostly to pick up my prescriptions. When I do shop here, I always find what I am looking easily. The store is setup in a way where you need very little assistance in finding things. I will say the times you need customer service. I found that they are friendly and willing to help.
