AT&T Store

Staff was super friendly and helpful even after we showed up an hour before closing time and kept them over almost a full hour after closing time. Hunter and Chelsea never made us feel like they was rushing us out either!!! Great service ALL AROUND!!!

Hunter Chelsea and Jacob go out of there way to make sure everyone is taken care of on top of making sure I qualify for everything, they made sure I qualified for tv and connected devices just off of a bill pay for my son. Jacob pitched me TV satellite and I ended up buying the product and love it. This man needs a raise, he’s so polite and well spoken. He knows his info and could work for my business any day he wants

Visited this store to upgrade to a new phone. Worked with both Jay and Jacob. They did an excellent job in explaining the new technology and were very patient with all my questions. I really appreciated the help they provided and highly recommend their store.

The store manager is one of the kindest and most professional people i have interacted with in any form of business. I will never change stores or providers. The man needs a promotion. His performance is exemplary from my observations.

The manager is excellent! He was very personable and went above and beyond to help us get the devices we need. He even offered to look for ways our monthly bill could be lowered, and got it lowered by $30/month! THAT is the kind of person I like to do business with!!

Jacob and Hunter were beyond helpful and patient with me. They helped in anyway I needed and they saw me as a person not dollar signs. That alone says everything!

I recently switched from sprint to AT&T and my wife and I were in desperate need of new phones. The staff was AMAZING, switched us over (we were able to keep our numbers), got brand new phones (one of the guys drove all the way to Harrison to get my wife the exact phone she wanted), and they even sat down and taught us how to use the new phones. The staff were great especially matt who was the one who spent the most time with us. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service we received was far beyond anything I could have expected.

January 15, 2020 @ 1:30pm. I spent a lot of time with employees Sam and Katlyn, who were both professionals. During that time they were attentive to my learning needs and questions. At the same time they dealt with incoming customers, I never felt I was unsupported. Amazing how they are able to create a seamless interaction with all the customers, there being only the two of them on duty. I was impressed!
