Noma Wine & Liquor

Noma Wine & Liquor is a safe and convenient neighborhood spirits store. The store is neat and tidy, and stocked with both bar staples and exotic/high-end bottles. The owner is attentive, and has a great memory for your preferred wines/spirits. There are often liquor reps in the store peddling their newest products and offering free samples. Noma Wine & Liquor is my preferred neighborhood liquor store.

This is my favorite liquor store in Noma. The owner very knowledgeable and friendly. They have everything including Onda (sold out in most stores) , definitely check this place out!

I had a very good experience at Noma Wine & Liquor store, the staff was really friendly and it's one of the few stores in the States that actually has Nordés Gin (a high quality Spanish Gin). I'll defo be back!

My coworker and I discovered this shop on our recent trip to DC. We stopped to look for some Tequila, and we really enjoyed chatting with the owner. He had some great recommendations and a bottle or two that are very hard to find in my home state of California. Great service and awesome selection, I really wish this place was near my house, I'll have to visit again soon!

Probably the largest selection of liquor in the DMV. You can find a ton of rare and unique bottles in various price ranges. The customer service is so welcoming! They often do tastings as well. Would highly recommend this store!

If you live in NoMa you won’t find better prices around than this place. The beer selection is decent but the prices make up for it. Wine and spirits selection is great for a neighborhood store.

The owner is also a kind gentleman and seems eager to help out should you have any questions.

Overall it has a great small business atmosphere as a neighborhood wine store and you’re likely to find what you’re looking for anyway. I’d rate it an 8/10 but I bump it up to a 9 to support a small local business in the community here.

Great shop in the neighborhood. Good selection of everything your drinking heart desires. Your everyday liquor you might find a few bucks cheaper elsewhere, but the most outstanding feature about this shop is the amazing guidance and advice the engaged and nice owner gives you. Many sample bottles are open for you to try and i promise you’ll find whatever you desire. And all for very reasonable prices! Go there!

Great customer service and friendly staff. The owner (Amit) is very welcoming and gives the place a “neighborhood store” feeling. Aside from the service, there are also some great deals and discounts. Amit is also happy to give you some samples.

We were visiting from California and stopped in to purchase some wine for a thanksgiving celebration. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and went so far as to open a bottle of wine for us to taste as we were undecided as to which vintage to purchase. A first for us! Additionally had a wonderful selection of fine whiskeys . Surprising and delightful find in the middle of NOMA. Thank you!

Favorite wine and liquor store in DC. A broad selection, including long-time favorites and interesting labels to explore. The proprietor, Amit, and his team are very knowledgeable and willing to make recommendations! My go-to guy.

I've been going there since it opened. I will miss the store since I am moving out of town. It has a great selection and the owner and staff are very friendly. They are very helpful in guiding your selection of what you are looking for and will try to get anything you want if they don't currently stock it. I highly recommend trying out the store and trying the various tasting that they have for wine and liquor.

Highly recommend! Stopped in last night on a walk just to check the place out. Though it is still continuing to be stocked, since it just opened, there is already a good selection. We’d asked if there was any Elderflower and were pleasantly surprised that a box was just about to be opened and put on the shelf. The customer service was phenomenal and polite. This will be a great addition to NoMa.

Absolutely love NoMa liquor! They have tons of options for different types of alcohol and the upscale stuff as well! Amit, the owner, is amazing and very welcoming. If they don’t have things in stock, he tries his best to acquire it! A core moment for me was when I asked for the Coke Zero + Jack Daniel’s whiskey that came out earlier this year. He had 1 prototype and gave it to me to try it so I can let him know how it was! I went back with positive reviews and when I went back another time, he had a case saved for me! That was amazing customer service right there. Nothing but respect for Amit and his team. Thanks for being so friendly and welcoming, Amit! And thank you for being around the corner, definitely CONVENIENT!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Didn't have a specific beer I wanted last weekend. He said he would order it and it came in less than one week. Great customer service and should definitely go there if u live in the NoMa area.

I went to this store specifically for the Bardstown Bourbon after I fell in love with the fusion series at the distillery in Kentucky, but came out with 3 other bottles of whiskey because they had an amazing 3 for $100 deal! Will return to this location!

The owner is friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Strong Variety from all over the world and you can Taste before you buy! Costco's Good when you know what you want, but if you don't feel like driving and and want to try something new, this is the spot!
