T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I have been a t mobile customer for 10 years and the reason why: customer service. You never hold to speak to somebody and everyone always tries to help solve problems. I visited this location to deal with a complicated account issue. Although they couldn’t solve it in store the manager of the store was quick to jump on with the customer service rep over the phone and help get the issues solved immediately. Thanks!

Caleb was an awesome guy. He was very patient and had the best customer service skills anyone could ask for. He was on point with everything. When i first walked in I wasn't sure about the type of experience i would have due to a customer being a little unhappy and she got a little mad but he kept his composure and was very polite it was the best experience at a mobile carrier place that I have ever experienced. Overall everything was awesome. I was upgrading two phones and he was very knowledgeable on everything I loved it.THANKS CALEB YOU ARE THE BEST!

I went to this store after work and really the two employees that were working were clearly busy. They thanked me for being patient but really this was the best experience I have had in so many years at a cell phone store. These two guys are top notch even with the merger. I had a good time and would recommend this T-Mobile store all day. Rad guys and rad experience.

While I can’t speak much for T-Mobile home internet or customer service via phone I will say Nate at this location is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with an ongoing modem issue and for that reason alone I gave 5 stars. Thank you Nate!

Had a excellent experience and service. Both staff members tended to all customers whole providing me sevice also. Knowledgeable about the products, promos, pricing, and plans. At the end they helped me with not only upgrading my plan but also a new phone upgrade. Great service and thank you again today for your help.

Patrick was very patient and did a great job waiting on my husband and I. Helping us get separated phone packages and for my husband to buy a new phone.
Patrick took his time and explained and answered questions through out the whole process. Very pleased with T mobile and there service.

Last week I went in and switched from Verizon and saved 100 dollars and they paid off my phones from Verizon without me even blinking. Service was incredible. Two weeks later I go in and pick up 2 tablets for my kids for almost nothing. Sam was wonderful my first trip. Caleb was even better during my second trip. Big chain business feels small town.

This store is beyond fabulous. I had a lot of issues at another store and Ryan went far above and beyond working on my behalf to resolve the issues. I cannot emphasize enough how professional, friendly, reassuring and helpful he was.

I went in Saturday wanting / really needing to upgrade my poor beat up, old phone. They are very friendly, and bent over backwards to get me into the phone that I wanted for what I could afford. Caleb is awesome, and so is the woman with the fabulous purple hair! I am horrible with names. Great customer service!

Laura was fantastic and knows her stuff! The entire process to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile took only 10 minutes! Highly recommend going into store to switch carriers vs calling 800 #.

If you want to have the best customer service then you need to switch to T-mobile. Caleb and his staff are the best. They are very personable, knowledgeable and won’t push you into anything. They will go above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations

Caleb at this store was absolutely the best. I was looking to solve a challenging installation problem that did NOT involve buying a phone. He must have spent close to an hour helping me out anyway. My usual carrier couldn't be bothered.

I’d like to thank Tomi for her excellent service when I came in last week with my new iPhone. She assisted me in setting it up, changing phone number, adding email address etc. patient and she deserved a fat raise. Awesome customer service. Can’t thank her enough.

Caleb (store manager) and Chris(the salesperson) made me believe in the company again.
ALL of my past experiences with T-Mobile were shit.
Their over the phone customer service blows (the company) and I broke my phone and went into the store asking for advice.

I told them my budget, that I prefer Samsung, I only cares about RAM and storage and they showed me a few options.
They answered questions and googled the answers to the things they didn't have specs on.

After the purchase we exchanged in banter about sports, how organizations run, life, perspective and all while my apps were downloading and updating.

I still don't like T-mobile but they're the most cost efficient and the service provided based on this location is amazing.

Kudos to two guys running an honest location that truly just want to be useful and gain/retain your business.

I went to the Biddeford store to ask for information about using my phone on a trip to Ireland. Caleb and Laura were both exceedingly helpful in telling me what I need to know and in giving me more information than I had expected to receive. The personal interest they took in me was at the highest and friendliest level I’ve received in dealing with a business. This is the way to keep and get new customers.

This store is super helpful and friendly. Had issues with out sim cards and they helped out and replaced at no cost. Went back next day to help with our tablet and they worked it for almost 40 mins. Will definitely come back to this location if we need anything in the future.
