The girl that was working on 2/5/24 is a valuable employee. I bought a vape pen on 2/4 and it wouldn't work. Wouldn't charge. She figured out it was the Cartridge. She personally gave me one of hers. I left very happy. Will continue to shop there because of this Young lady.she deserves your praise.

Very clean and pleasant store with a huge selection, Mina was very nice and recommended a juice to me and it’s the best i’ve tried period.

I walked in with no idea where to start, just knew that I needed help with sleep. Customer service was so patient and friendly, taking me around the store to show every option that could help, explaining the pros and cons of each. Wasn't made to feel stupid and my inexperience wasn't taken advantage of as a chance to push more expensive options. I will definitely be stopping in if I need anything.

First time stopping in. Fantastic customer service. Instantly greeted me thru the door showed me there cast variety of products and options. Very good prices too. My new place to get my gear.

These guys are great! The Good Guys for sure! They are so easy to talk to as well as knowledgeable about whatever it is that you are inquiring about. They are also very upfront and honest about products and will not suggest a product unless they believe you'd be happy with it. I have been shopping here for a while and the staff have proved to be patient and kind along with just being nice people. Let them take care of all your vaping needs and more!! Check them out. I’ve never had a bad salesperson here! All of them, especially Taylor, are super nice and well educated on their products. They make sure their products suit your needs and will replace them in store if they don’t work (before you leave). Nice vibes!

They have always been way beyond friendly and made me feel welcome the moment I walk through the door it’s not awkward at all like a lot of those places. It’s for sure the brightest and cleanest I have ever seen before! They have convenient hours for those of us that work long odd hrs and stay open late unlike most stores in Maine really 😏 Very nice highly recommended

Great prices, especially for glass and vape juice and coils, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. If they could get a wider selection for certain juice flavors it would be better, but I'm still giving 5 stars just because they are very nice people and it is pleasant to shop there.

This place is my new favorite vape shop. They have an awesome selection. The owner was really cool and super knowledgeable. He was able to recommend some great new stuff for me. I’ll definitely be coming back!

100% without a doubt the best vape shop I have been in.... Anywhere!! ....Ever...!! Super clean and well stocked with the latest devices and a killer selection of juice. Prices are "loooow" and they have great perks for repeat customers. Justin (owner) and every employee I have dealt with there have been beyond helpful, welcoming, insightful and knowledgeable.

- I had a minor issue with a purchase (no fault of the shop) and I didn't realize until I got home. I called the shop to let them know, and they offered a solution far above and beyond what I considered necessary. I have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, regardless of the industry.

- My wife and I are in our early 40's and admittedly it is probably our own minds, but sometimes we just don't feel super welcome or comfortable in a lot of vape shops. However, at this shop we couldn't feel anymore at ease and comfortable. As far as I can tell this is specifically attributed to the professional, friendly atmosphere present in all the staff and the store itself. It's more of a professional store catering to all ages and all types of people than it is a hangout for the select few friends of whomever is working or owns the store.

It's one of those rare places where you feel happy and satisfied to spend your money, and support the store. Best vape shop I've been too. An I used to even work at a vape shop. But, the people here are amazing. Always super friendly. Answer any question I ever have. Always come for the buy. But, stay for the people who work here. Guy that worked there hooked me up with a sweet Vape. Always got a grew amount of juice to choose from. Even starting to get a nice glass set-up going for em. Always suggest people to give em a look. They have amazing prices.

I had gotten a great vape from my roommate all he said was that it needed a new coil. Heck he even told me where to go. Well, I went and got my new coils but I wasn't told how to put them in. When I got home my roommate was asleep so I went to a friend's place and even he couldn't figure out how to replace the coil. So I went back in today and explained the situation, THE WORKER WAS AMAZING!!!! He not only put in my new coil but he told me about the tool that was needed to properly get it out. I was almost in tears of gratefulness when he gave me the tool so I can replace the coil the next time I needed to. I will continue to give this store my business as they know how to properly treat customers and give fabulous service.

I have been a customer for almost a year and recently had a hip replacement so one of the awesome employees would buy one and bring it to my home where I would pay her..Definitely she went above and beyond her duties.

Literally the best vape store I’ve been to in the area. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Not to mention they have great deals all the time. And they are open pretty late. I honestly don’t see me shopping anywhere else.
