Best Buy

The people at this store keep bringing me back, from one of the managers being personable and chatting while about tech instead of trying to just sell me something, to a staff member going to grab an item for me so I didn't lose my place in line, to the mobile team's knowledge and courtesy.

I do all my mobile and tech shopping here because I know that I'm going to find folks who know their stuff, listen to my needs, and go the extra mile for me. They legit seem to care.

Huge props to this team, especially the gentleman in mobile who's always been my go to for phones for myself and my family. I'd name you here, but I get the feeling that will just make your line of requesting customers that much longer ;)

I purchased a new PC and worked with Kayla from the Geek Squad. She was great from start to finish in dealing with showing and explaining all aspects of the PC and dealing with all my questions. She has a great personality and very knowledgeable in the IT field. She is what dealing with an expert is all about.

My husband and I bought a new laptop this morning at this Best Buy location. A young man named Wes took care of us. Wes was friendly and very helpful. He clearly explained everything about the laptop and the services available. My husband uses a cane and was having trouble standing during the process, so Wes went in the back and brought out a chair for him. We are so happy that Wes was available to provide us with such awesome service. He is a wonderful young man.

The staff was great. The day before Christmas, they had what we needed at a great price. The checkout lines got long, so they quickly opened more lanes and we were out fast. Excellent store!

Came in looking for a specific item that was just released. Adam at the front checkout was super helpful. He went above and beyond by having someone in the back look for the item in the delivery shipment. When it had trouble ringing up he made it happen smoothly and quickly. Definitely will shop at this location again. Great customer service.

Nice store the salesmen are too much in your face everywhere you go into the store. If I need something, I will come find you was my theme I had to say so often. Just let me shop. This never used to be, so I don't know why it is.

They are always helpful and show me what exactly I need. And will go above and beyond to find what I need. Even if it's at another best buy. I love the customer service!

Went in looking for a new fridge and the customer service was outstanding. We had 8 employees asking if we had needed help finding anything or if we had questions. All very friendly and genuine which was much appreciated!

I had a virus attack on my phone.. went to Best Buy and talked to a lady behind the Verizon counter.. she added a security link.. dropped by the GeekSquad area to ask if my provided computer anti-spam could stretch to the phone.. both departments were helpful and my problem seems to have been fixed.. I hadn't been to this location but will make it my first choice.. the staff over all were friendly.. I was greeted and on the way in and thanked on the way out.. ample parking.. well lighted.. easy access from Wadsworth..

Went to "check out" a new computer (bought my last one at this same Best Buy store in 2011). 😊 Thanks to employee Tatiana, we now know so much more about computers than we ever imagined! Thank you, again, Tatiana!

Go there fairly often & always receive good customer service though especially today! Quickly helpful, & the same guy at the entry counter who took me right to where I needed to go was also right there at checkout! Super-friendly & efficient. Thank you!

Best Buy is the best buy me and brother argue about this often. With that being said it's the best buy that's all til he says other wise. When that happens I will say ..... you guessed it. Best Buy is the best buy

The Best Buy near the Colorado Mills Mall is usually a test of endurance for getting any kind of assistance. BUT!!!! They have a Customer Service Rep named Leslie, who more than made up the lack of personnel. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and extremely helpful! I've been trying to leave a review with the company but the email I was given didn't work. I'll have to call back and find out how to do this. She made our whole transaction smooth as glass and very fast! Kudos to Leslie!!!💕

I'm grateful they have a hi-fi (home theater) listening room. But I went to Best Buying for a TV - no problems and on sale. Frankly, having a retail store is still great.

Jay Pasztor. Ask for him when you walk in the store. I'm sure any employee will take care of you competently but Jay is head and shoulders the very best. We stopped by this Best Buy (on Wadsworth) prior to redesigning our downstairs living room into a media room and we had the good fortune to be greeted by Jay. He listened to what we were looking for and told us he would make a house call (we don't live close to the store by any means) to get an accurate feel for the room. His proposal was exactly what we were hoping for and he thought of things we did not anticipate. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure we got every possible discount with unique creative financing. Also, during the media room construction I peppered Jay with thoughts and questions and he did research and got back to me with answers. The system is installed now and it sounds fantastic. There is one very minor issue we encountered (just a tweaked speaker cover) and he has handled the issue in a very professional manor at no inconvenience to us. This has been such a positive experience I wouldn't normally bring this up but wanted to show that he didn't just walk way after the sale.
Overall I've had good experiences with Best Buy but this experience makes me feel like I walked into "Jay's Electronics Store". I'm getting that old fashioned service you used to get at a "Mom & Pop" store.
Right now he seems to be spending more time in appliances than stereo equipment so no matter what brought you in to this Best Buy, ask for Jay.

Super nice folks here. It's best buy. They have a great selection. We were greeted by several folks ready to help us. Everyone was really friendly.
