Good customer service truly goes a long way! My dads phone was stolen and Samantha E. went above and beyond to support him in getting a new phone. She ensured to share his options with him (insurance claim vs upgrade) and put his needs at the center of their exchange. She was able to help him reset his password and took the time to explain his warranty. I genuinely appreciate that she treated my dad like a human and not just another sale. We intend to continue using this location for our future upgrades and purchases! Thanks so much Samantha for your energy and dedication!

Therra was so so so nice and helped me so fast, even though I had a fussy baby she made the process quick and easy and had no problem taking care of us and the service we needed done!

Excellent service. Victor was very welcoming and friendly. We originally visited the store just to upgrade our phones. After he provided more information about the Internet offered, we were convinced to do the switch to AT&T Internet. Very thankful.

Eduardo was quick to welcome me when I entered the store. I was pleased because he took the time to speak to me and my mother in detail about the new iPhone. My mom is someone who does not do well with “new technology” but Eduardo took the time to explain things to her and I multiple times. I am grateful to still experience good/kind customer service because it is hard to find.

Eddie was very helpful and patient during my visit at the store. I was experiencing some issues with my phone and didn’t have any service. Eddie then proceeded to give me a new SIM card and fixed my problem. His customer service was immaculate and will be making all my future appointments with him from now on!

Ms. Samantha was very polite courteous.. sweet and very patient with me… she took the time to explain everything… and made me feel important.. SHE IS VERY DETAIL AND ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS…HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!! She is very good and what she does…

Came in today to check out deals on phones and to check why I was paying more on my bill. Eddie was awesome and answered all my questions and really helped me to get my new plan on track since I was on an old AT&T plan. Left with new phone and new watch and some great discount items. Definitely would recommend this store and ask for Eddie to help you. Great customer service

There was a bit of a wait but I appreciate management being honest. They were doing a great job getting through customers as fast as they could. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mel today. She answered my questions and handled my account professionally and with a great attitude.

I came in today just to pay my bill and Eddie assisted me using the Kiosk machine. I mentioned to Eddie how i felt my bill was kind of high. He then proceeded to sit me down and looked over my bill. Turns out i was on an old plan and getting charged for extra lines i was not using! Eddie gave me the best customer experience! I recommend anyone to ask for his assistance.

I’ve had AT&T for years and I’ve been happy with the service. Sam helped me with one of my apps with important documents. She saved the day! I’ll definitely recommend coming here
