The Home Depot

I was cheerfully greeted at the door. I asked where the lumber dept was located. She directed me correctly. I looked around and thought I found what I needed. Then a helper spotted me and asked if I needed help. I said please! He helped me figure out what would be best for the project. It needed some cutting of wood. He called two people and one would be available soon. I stood next to the cutter for only 2 minutes. I showed him what I needed done. It was completely finished in less than 10 minutes. 🤗 He found me a cart and went to the front of the store with me to make sure I was helped there, too. I did a self checkout and was in my car in less than 30 minutes.

I stopped briefly at the location for some last minute stuff and I'm not local to this area at all. I was helped by team member Michelle and she was super friendly and more than willing to help me out. Store was clean, check out was quick and employees were great. Thank you to your whole team!

Home Depot is the largest hardware store in my area. usually has what I need.

Today I arrived at home Depot and had a rude host appearing today to turn out I spoke to the assistant manager skip he handled the situation address to the right way and in doing so checking out a gentleman named Renee gave me the greatest experience offered me extra promotion , while without knowing what happened prior to the incident I just want to say a good job for handling the situation Skip and Renee for being such a great customer service experiences thank you guys I will still be coming back multiple times good job.

Home Depot's the best stuff for do-it-yourselfers. It's getting Mighty expensive as of late.💸 You can just actually feel the money flying out of your pocket when you here.

Now this is interesting. You go to this Home Depot which is one of the best and the cleanest of all, you want to buy some thing & you always end up with buying a lot more stuff. Clean isles and shelves are a great sales positive strategy, not to forget to mention friendly, and helping staff.

Came in for paint for my living room, the girl at the register was friendly and helpful. Found some cool venus fly traps.

The Home Depot is my Go To Place to pick up everything I need to keep my Garden Growing. I always get the Help I need. 👍

I love it when all the self checkouts are working. Love it when you look something up online, and find it in the store, in stock. Can't live without home depot, if you're a home owner.

We did a online order for pick up & the young lady who helped us went out of her way to search for our 2 orders & got to the bottom of the missing item. Really appreciated that.

Always find everything I need for my home here! Staff is also pretty nice just wish they knew more about things than just having to google things on the spot. Something I could do on my own. But still great place!

I've run into some really nice employees at this particular store. Everyone I've run into has always been extremely helpful but there is one gentleman, I don't know his name, that works in the Hardware section and he is always polite and helpful even when he is waiting on another customer.
He was helping out this one couple and there was a gentleman before me that had a question and he helped out that guy by answering his questions, and while he was still helping that other couple! Quickly too!! He then directed his attention towards me and answered my question, and, directed me to the correct isle without stopping from helping the couple out. He didn't make me wait which I appreciated so much. He was really polite. Because he did that so quick, I was able to get what I was looking for and go home and fix my pool so my grandbabies could swim. Thank you sir!!

Love this Home Depot store and the convenience of having a local place for all my home and garden needs. Helpful team there, pleasant and available to customers. Recommend looking online for items and jotting down aisle / bin numbers before coming in to help expedite your shopping. Very helpful because the inventory info is available there and so you know before you go if product is in Stock and also how many - plus current pricing info. The local sales info is available there too! Great thing is that I found my goods online and took screen shots because of the sale. When I got to the store, sale prices weren't displayed yet and I may have skipped those items if I didn't know about sale. It rang up correctly as the advertised sale price without a problem, but I must have beat them marking the sales price. Great deals, well stocked - good store!
