AT&T Store

I was greeted at the door by Linda. She was quite pleasant and very patient. Best of all, she was efficient. She quickly assessed my needs and resolved them completely with not even a hint of frustration with my ignorance. Linda was able to understand my needs and she procurred the specialized auxiliary item I requested--and gave me the discounted price (of which I was not aware). I couldn’t have been more pleased. Even though I had gone in there to set up a new device, I was in and out the door in 30 minutes, completely satisfied!

Justin did an amazing job assisting me find the perfect phone for me and my partner. We had a quick and easy transition, Justin gave us all of the information we needed for an at home transition as well. We highly recommend him and this store for anything you need.

I had a VERY positive experience at this store. Store associate -Evan - was so helpful and patient as my mother (91 years old) purchased a new iPhone. While she is comfortable with the iPhone, Evan was great in getting her new phone up and running (updated the phone/restored her info). Mom went in the next day with some questions and a different associate was also very helpful. Phones are pretty much the same... service makes the difference!

We used the At&t in Bloomington, IN. Lisa was our representative and she was absolutely AMAZING! She made sure to check everything she could to help us save money while meeting our needs! She was also great about making sure we understood everything as well! Amazing customer service! :)

Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful with an unorthodox situation of setting up a 4G router for rural internet. I was served quickly and wasn’t upsold anything I didn’t need. 5/5 will come here again!

I visited this west side store in Bloomington, IN on 11/10/23 and I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Andrew and his manager Charlie gave the upmost care in making sure I left the store completely satisfied to fit all my needs. We had such an awesome and amazing experience today!! NaNa went totally above and beyond for us. She helped port service to AT&T, then stood by to make sure everything worked. She even helped us navigate the phone system and get several mistakes fixed & credited back. NaNa has been an absolute superstar!!
