Highly recommend this location! I will never go anywhere else! Brandon S. is amazing. Zach was awesome as well. Both we’re super knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. They spent a lot of time with me and helped me problem solve some complicated issues we were having. I truly thank you!

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service I experienced at the Highlands Ranch Verizon store. I had a complex issue to handle and I am so grateful that I had Andrew to support me through my transition to Verizon from another carrier and then a further iPhone upgrade. He exemplified professionalism in customer service at the highest level. Despite my frustration with my problem, he was patient and polite and respectful throughout the process of resolving my issue. Kudos to Andrew and the excellent service he represented for Highlands Ranch Verizon

I highly recommend this store. Jake Z was the associate that assisted in setting us up with a business account. He was patient, and extremely helpful. We had to move several numbers from other accounts over to this new account, and Jake's help in navigating this was top notch!

Andrew and Soren were so helpful and kind. They provided me with excellent customer service and I will return for all my cell phone needs!

Jake was extremely helpful. I came into the store to convert my personal line to a busniess account. There were many steps to go through, and Jake took the neccessary time and patience to help me through the process. The other associates in the store were also friendly.

We set up 4 new phones and Apple Watches. Everything was smooth and the customer service was excellent. David walked us through the whole process

Masha was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful in getting our new phones set up and old ones erased. Best phone experience we’ve ever had!

Andrew Bender is outstanding! Bar none the best service I have ever had. He was helpful, smart and very pleasant for the entire process. I tried multiple Verizon stores to get my problem resolved and Bender was the only one that could solve it. Don’t waste your time, go to Andrew at the highlands ranch parkway Verizon store and he will take great care of you!

Hands down best customer service you can find. You looking to do anything Verizon?? Go here! We walked in to get a new phone for our friend, but ended up making two new friends instead. The manager Darsh helped us get the phone we wanted and was very intelligent. 10/10 would recommend, and will be back if I need anything from Verizon. Now stop reading this review and get yourself over to this location ASAP!!
