I'm a single mom of 3. I stopped in this am for what seemed like a huge issue but ended up being super trivial. With it being so incredibly cold I rolled my window down without thinking and couldn't get it to roll back up after. The sweet kid that helped me wrestle it to pull it back up was amazing. He was incredibly professional and never once made me feel stupid for doing something so careless in the cold. We wrestled with it for a few before I was able to get it up all the way. I just really appreciate the staff and crew there. They're always helpful and have never once made me feel less than when I come in for an issue. Thank you for being awesome!

friendly/helpful staff who will find exactly what you need quickly. they'll even read and reset your check engine light codes for free! they also loan out a variety of expensive specialty tools for free, you have to leave a deposit but you get it back when you return the tool.

Thank you to the staff that helped me with my battery. They could not fix it but they contacted gram at big o tires and got me in with no problem

Buy all my auto parts from this specific O’Reillys and never had a problem great customer service great people that work there, and I really do appreciate them

Carlos gave me great service. Super friendly and understood my lack of knowledge. Will be back for more parts when I need then.

Our headlight went out and we needed help, we decided to go to O’Reilly Auto parts where we met the most kindhearted helpful man. Once he helped us find the correct lightbulb, he fixed the headlight free of charge (we tipped him) in freezing weather with no jacket. We really appreciate Trent’s kindness and willingness to help others.

Super helpful team, if I took my car to a shop would've been a few hundred dollars, got told a gas cap and go online to get a new relay to save time and money, definitely my new auto store.

Staff here is always extremely helpful. Even tho I couldn't get the part I needed, they spent their time looking for alternatives that could be delivered sooner. 👍 Top notch! Have never had an issue here.

These guys are awesome! Eric and Ian went out of their way to help me diagnosis a really simple problem on my old Subaru, found exactly the part I needed, loaned me tools, saved me a trip to the dealership and recommended a great mechanic for future problems. I definitely recommend this branch of O'Reilly's!

Amazing customer service. I went all over Denver looking for Silicone hose clamps. I saw they had them online but not in store so I called to check availability. They had ten of the twelve I needed in two hours and the rest in the next two days. I will be coming back.

So nice and helpful! I went there just for oil but Billy made sure that I not only got the best oil for my car, but that I paid a reasonable price. He gave me several options and never tried to sell me on the highest price items. He also looked thru all their rebates, in store and mail in, and made sure I got those. As a woman it can sometimes be intimidating going in an auto parts store for a multitude of reasons, but I didn't have to spend more than a minute in there to feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel silly for not being knowledgeable on the subject. Not to sound hokey but I definitely know where I'm going from now on!!

This location by far has the best commercial department of any of the auto parts store a I have used!

I started using this location when it was still a Checker Auto Parts +remember that?). The store is always quiet and the counter staff is always going to try their best to find you what you need as fast as they can.

The non-commercial side is just as good as it's counter part. I love being able to walk in and be greeted rather than most parts stores that ignore you untill you come to the counter and wait forever for any service.

The employees are all knowledgeable and if they can't help they find someone who can no matter the situation.

Called with questions on pricing for drums, pads, and brakes on a Nissan Sentra.
Was greeted with awesome customer service and a warm welcome. Helped order drums and gave me a price quote.
Keep doing what you're doing, cause I'm a happy customer.

I went into buy windshield wipers. It came out 10 minutes later with $54 windshield wipers at work perfect installed.

Keegan and Isaac were very helpful on getting me snow cables for my tires. ( not snow chains) Keegan showed me how to put it on and answered every question I had. I am so grateful to have some assistance since I am from out of state... moved to Colorado 2 months ago.
