I went to inquire about passport renewal today and the Postal Clerk her name is Purita if I heard it right.... very is very nice, she quickly help me right away, took my pictures right then and there and in no time my passport renewal application is done.

Miss Mary Lou made sure we got everything we need for our passport appointment. She assisted us and she's very helpful.

I have been waiting for a package that didn't came, I thought the merchant was a scam so I started contacting them and asked for the tracking list, when they showed me I found out the package was already delivered in my mailbox, but where was it? I got some other mails and package that day but the one I am expecting wasn't there. Filed a case they called me one time only and said they will call back again but nothing happened anymore. I was thinking their mailman put it in the wrong mailbox. Why did I say that? Two of my neighbors came by and drop my mails because it was mixed with theirs! Good job Rodeo postal office! Now it's bye bye to my package and no justice was served!

Was going on vacation and put in for vacation hold, received confirmation from USPS. I said I would pick up mail from post office. I opened my box to find 7 days of mail stuffed in mailbox. Guess 1 hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. No wonder they are losing money. Maybe Trump was right about them.

The mail was never same time and never same. Person at all.

Their website says walk-ins available until 2:30 for passport applications. I took time off of work to get there at 1:45 and the lady simply said, "I have to leave to get mail and cannot take your application". They should revise their website to say "walk-ins available when we feel like working".

We waited a month for our passport appointment and when we went in they had technical difficulties so they told us to go to Hercules where we found out they don’t do passports and told us to go to Pinole where they told us that since the appointment is for Rodeo they can’t accommodate us. Very poor service as always. USPS should be ashamed for being so disorganized.

Terrible customer service. I paid for a package to be held at the Rodeo post office ( via the usps website) but when it arrived there they shipped it off. When I explained the situation and showed my confirmation email from the USPS they said that they don’t use email. No attempts were made to figure out what happened nor was an apology was given.

The posted hours are apparently, merely a suggestion to the staff and not a requirement. Don't go there for passports if you expect to be able to also have your picture taken (as the website states is possible). Passport hours are 0900-1530, however, the staff member told me the passport rep usually comes in around 1030 or so.

So tired of receiving my neighbor's mail (this is not the people next door, I am talking about houses two blocks away down the street). Today got someone's who is clear across town. My carrier shouldn't even have had it in his trays. Tried to call to confirm I can just hang this letter on my mailbox and it will eventually be delivered to the appropriate house. Can you believe the wait time was over 45 minutes. This is ridiculous!
